Princess Hinoto tells Kamui to give her his hand to see his future, and his future is shown to involve Kotori being tied up to a giant cross, with him stabbing her in the chest and him pulling on the wire she's tied to, causing her to bleed out and her head to decapitate, all while present Kamui is seen trying to race up to him but ultimately is unable to save his friend. It's a very intense and graphic scene and would likely be quite hard for some viewers to stomach.
