- A man and woman share their feelings with each other. They kiss and next are seen in bed together. Sex is implied.
Violence & Gore

- A woman shoots several people. She pushes one lady down a staircase, then injecting her with an overdose of insulin.
- A policeman has his throat slashed by a woman.
- A woman hits a reporter in the knees and then in the head. She dumps his body in a ravine.
- A nurse sets a breathing machine to where a man will die.
- A man shoots his sleeping son, his wife and himself. The daughter witnesses this.
- A woman is forced to drive at gunpoint out to a secluded area. She is then shot dead.
- A badly injured man almost dies because of a mistake made by a nurse. This upsets her. Another nurse talks to her about it.
- A nurse is injected in the neck with sodium chloride to cause a heart attack or stroke. She slumps dead and is found by another woman.
- A woman adds sleeping pills to a cup of tea and serves it to another woman. Next the drugged woman is seen sleeping.

- No smoking. In the hospital some injections are given. A woman is drugged and sleeps while another goes after a man.
- Drinks are seen at a restaurant and at a house. Very little drinking is done.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There is a growing level of intensity as a nurse gets her revenge on the family that she blames for the deaths of her own family. Some of the victims are shot almost point blank.
- The most harrowing death is a nurse who is injected in a van and suffers through an awful seizure or heart attack. She is then shown dead. This might be frightening to young children under 7 and sensitive persons. Anyone who has experienced the deaths of loved ones should not watch this.

Violence & Gore
- Two women struggle with a gun. One knocks the gun out of her hand onto the floor. They struggle on top of a kitchen counter. Finally one of them strikes the other with a blunt object. The first girl recovers the gun and shoots the other woman who is coming toward her with a knife.
