- You see a girl in her underwear as she tries to seduce a man but it doesn't go any further from that, A couple kiss but nothing farther from that.

- A mutant shark bursts out of a woman's body. The woman literally explodes. No blood but you can see chunks of meat and flesh fly everywhere.
- A man explodes and leaves a dark green ooze behind. No blood. Pieces of him fly everywhere. He was a shapeshifter, not human.
- A woman is shot. We see bullet holes on her but not much of a blood.
- Some beatings and gun shootings. Not graphic at all.
- Most graphic scene is where a monster's tentacle slashes guard's throat open, blood sprays everywhere.

- The main characters are heroin smugglers. A character is shown shooting up a couple time. The creature is also addicted to heroin.

- The creature is an experiment which has an ability to change it's appearance. Every time the body it has taken over, starts to mutate and turn into a hideous looking form so therefore the creature is not actually a very good at hiding.
