- The movie focuses on many nightmares/dream sequences. Children are seen crying as part of these.
- A man screams with a scary-looking device on his head. Other men join in the screaming. (Meant to be comedic)
- Strange alien looking bodies are seen in large fluid jars. (Neither violent, nor intense.)
- A bad guy gets pushed into fire. We do not see his burning corpse, but it is implied that he died.

- Two people are tied and then are dropped into a river to drown. Both survive however
- A young girl is slapped and then choked. She survives however.
