- There is a dream sequence where a woman's bare breasts are visible. She moans loudly and tells the man she's having sex with that he's big. The scene is played for laughs.

- A woman is drilled through the head with a sphere. A young boy stabs a thief, lands a hatchet in a woman's head and shoots a man.
- Yellow goo oozes out of a demon nurse and one of the main characters at the end.
- Lots of shooting, stabbing and violence with nunchucks.
- A zombie is thrown over a balcony. Another one's head twists until it flies off.
- The Tall Man opens the head of a preserved body and takes the brain out.

- As I recall there is one use of the word "fuck". Lots of use of the words "shit" and "goddam".
