- A young man and woman make out in the kitchen. Nothing is shown afterwards other than the man lying down with a blanket.
- A young woman dances suggestively at a party with everyone watching.
- A young man and woman have sex. She is seen with her back showing whilst wearing a dress and is on top of him. She kisses his bare chest. Nothing shown afterwards.
- A man enters a phone sex operation centre. There are many references heard in the background.
- Drew Barrymore is seen nude from the side while taking a shower. Her breasts are visible though can breed in blood.
- A man kisses Drew and removes her bathrobe to reveal her left boob and nipple.

- Coming pretty much out of nowhere, there are some gory creature effects shown in the conclusing minutes of the movie.
- The opening 5 minutes shows a young woman killing a woman with a kitchen knife. Blood is seen splattering in the door, the walls, and everywhere. She stabs her repeatedly when she falls down through a glass table.
- A young woman is seen with little nose bleeds throughout the film.
- A woman stabs a mental patient in his sleep. Blood slappers on her, his bed, and the walls.
- A man gets stabbed in the leg.
- Occasional bloody violence.

- Holly kills her brother by stabbing him repeatedly in his sleep.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Holly screams which causes the whole house to shake and breakdiwn. Shortly afterwards, she lubricates which makes her transformation into a worm cocoon that splits open to reveal a Hellraiser-like muscle creature.
- Holly's funeral is shown. Holly approaches Patrick and hugs him. She quickly transforms into a muscle formed creature as Patrick screams. He woke up from the nightmare.
