At one point the Dr. Phinney claims to have thoroughly examined Margaret's vaginal tissue and that he found it 'totally undisturbed', from which he claims that she has "never even masturbated". We're supposed to trust this guy?
When Margaret is telling Dr. Phinney about her attack in the shed, she calls him "Dr. Tucker."

When Father O'Carroll is speaking to Margaret, he refers to her doctor as Dr. Tuckner.
