Rap Duo's TV Effort
hillari11 December 2000
Kid n' Play were a popular rap group of the late 1980's/early 1990's, known for their party lyrics and Christopher Reid's high top hairstyle.

They made two attempts to break into TV. Their first was this Saturday morning cartoon, that was similar to Bill Cosby's Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, in that the episodes contained positive messages for kids along with the humor. The second was a live action prime time effort, where the duo were free-lance detectives. Neither series lasted long.
