completely realistic, great performance

This movie is an excellent view to how common people lived in an average Bosnian village in the early 80-ies. It is also a moving tragedy about the incompatibility of some people for marriage. Music, by Goran Bregovic, stayed in my mind for days. Directing? Quite good. I loved the performances, especially by two leading roles. See the movie!

A moving lyrical story.

I was truly touched watching this movie. It is so lovely, moving and capturing. The story is sad. The performances are brilliant. For those who (think they) understand the Bosnian mentality, this film is perfectly done. Others will have harder time appreciating its subtleties, but still like it. I promise.
