Singer Billie Eilish and actress Melissa McCarthy hit the stage together at the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards to present the award for Outstanding Female Actor in a Comedy Series. On the stage, McCarthy revealed that she had met Eilish even before she was born as Eilish’s mother, Maggie Baird, was her first improv teacher and was pregnant with Eilish.

Further during their conversation, McCarthy asked Eilish to sign her gown but since Eilish refused to ruin her look, she asked her to sign her face instead. Eilish’s 2024 has been good so far as the singer accepted the Song of the Year for “What Was I Made For?” at the 2024 Grammys with her brother, Finneas.

From singing backup at Elvis Presley’s 1968 comeback TV special to writing Michael Jackson’s “She’s Out of My Life” to arranging the vocals on Billy Joel’s An Innocent Man, longtime Quincy Jones collaborator Tom Bahler has had an improbably jam-packed music career. But as he sees it, the peak of it all came in January of 1985, when Jones called upon him to arrange the array of superstar vocals on “We Are the World.”

Billy Joel‘s Madison Square Garden (Msg) concerts are coming to an end, but there’s still time to see him at the famous New York City arena.
The New York local first began performing for Msg in 2014 and, in October, started the countdown to his last ten shows. The “Uptown Girl” singer currently holds the record for most appearances at Msg.
“Madison Square Garden is the center of the universe as far as I’m concerned,” Joel is known to have said. “It has the best acoustics, the best audiences, the best reputation, and the best history of great artists who have played there. It is the iconic, holy temple of rock and roll for most touring acts and, being a New Yorker, it holds a special significance to me.”

The countdown to Billy Joel’s last Madison Square Garden concert has begun.
On October 20, the first of Joel’s last ten concerts at Msg kicked off to a nostalgic start as he sang his top hits like “Uptown Girl” and “Piano Man” throughout the show. That Friday, he told his fans he had “bad news” and “good news.”
“The bad news is I don’t have any new songs for you,” he said during the concert. “The good news is you don’t have to sit through songs you didn’t know that you don’t want to hear in the first place.”
Since 2014, the Grammy singer has played one show at Msg every month. The 74-year-old currently holds the most appearances at Msg and is planning to end at 150 shows next year.

Singer Billy Joel welcomed surprise guest Olivia Rodrigo during his 82nd consecutive sold-out show at New York’s Madison Square Garden for runs through her hit single ‘Deja Vu’ and his own 1983 smash ‘Uptown Girl’ released nearly 20 years before Rodrigo was even born.
Decked up in a plunging black top, a brown patterned skirt and black leather boots, Rodrigo saluted Joel’s influence on her songwriting with ‘Deja Vu’, which references both Joel and ‘Uptown Girl’.
The pair embraced warmly following the latter.
Beyond a steady stream of hits such as ‘Just the Way You Are’, ‘Allentown’, ‘Only the Good Die Young’ and ‘My Life’, Wednesday’s show included rarities such as the opening ‘A Matter of Trust’, ‘I Go to Extremes’ and ‘The Downeaster Alexa’, reports Variety.

A little over a year after introducing teens across America to the existence of a singer named Billy Joel and his 1983 tune “Uptown Girl” thanks to her hit “Deja Vu,” Olivia Rodrigo came onstage at Joel’s Madison Square Garden show on Wednesday evening to finally sing both songs with the man himself.
The first sign that Rodrigo was in the house took place midway through the night when the band quietly started playing the intro to “Deja Vu,” though few people in the arena seemed to recognize what was happening.

Director Peter Yates remains an interesting fixture of the 1970s New American Cinema throng whose early works continue to resonate and inspire, particularly his early crime thrillers, such as Robbery (1967) and the Steve McQueen classic Bullitt (1968). While his 1970’s body of work includes a number of titles hailed as masterpieces, an uneven trend became evident for Yates by the 1980s, which includes overlooked gems and camp classics. Lately, many of Yates’ lesser known titles have begun to resurface, the latest of which is his 1989 ‘wrong man’ revenge thriller An Innocent Man (1989), which starred Tom Selleck and was a final tipping point for Yates into his least successful clutch of titles in the early to mid-1990s.…...

After two episodes, the long-awaited ninth season of Larry David’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” is finally start to shape its ultimate narrative. Little dignities, big hijinks, and Palestinian chicken aside, the HBO series lives and dies by the strength of its overall arc, a backbone that’s helped deliver such classic storylines as “that time Larry did Broadway” and “hey, Richard Lewis is dying.” This year, it’s all about the fatwa. And the “Fatwa!”
“Once we landed on the arc for the season, once we realized that we were going to do him writing a musical called ‘Fatwa!’ and then getting a fatwa for writing ‘Fatwa!,’ I saw where that should take the season,” producer and directer Jeff Schaffer recently told IndieWire.

Being 13 is difficult. It can be a scary, emotional, lonely time in a young person’s life. Depending on when you grew up, being 13 meant different things: Most millennials have the cringeworthy evidence of braces and Aeropostale fits in an overflowing Facebook album from 2009. Others didn’t have social media’s living reminders, like “Big Mouth” star Andrew Rannells.
“I would’ve made so many stupid videos and taken so many stupid pictures,” he said to IndieWire.
But no matter how private or public your adolescence was, the creators of “Big Mouth” want viewers to know that we’ve all been there — yes, every one of us. To the girls who first got their period on a class trip, you are not alone. To the kids going through trials with acne, bacne, and buttne, you are not alone. Everyone gets curb-stomped by puberty, and “Big Mouth” wants to help.

A satanic cult meets spin-the-bottle in the trailer for Netflix’s “The Babysitter,” directed by McG (“Charlie’s Angels”) and starring Samara Weaving and Bella Thorne. The high-school comedy-horror film revolves around a sweet 12-year old boy (Judah Lewis) in love with his babysitter (Thorne). When Cole stays up to spy on Allison and her friends playing a hot-and-heavy game of spin-the-bottle, things take a violent turn.

It’s the first movie directed by McG since “3 Days to Kill” in 2014, as the “Charlie’s Angels” director has been more focused on his career as a TV producer (“Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments” and “Lethal Weapon”). According to Variety, “The Babysitter” was financed by McG’s Wonderland Sound and Vision. After production, the film was acquired by Netflix from Newline for big money in the high-seven to low-eight-dollar range.

For movie lovers, October is the gloriously ghoulish time of year when we celebrate one kind of film above all others. That’s right: Biting comedies about dysfunctional New York Jews who finally decide to air their grievances after decades of resentment! Um… well, maybe Netflix didn’t get the memo. It’s not as though the streaming service isn’t scaring up some choice horror titles in time for Halloween (don’t miss “Raw” or “The Cult of Chucky”), but most of the month’s big new additions aren’t exactly in season.
Case in point: The splashiest arrival is a Noah Baumbach film, and it’s safe to say that “The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected)” is considerably less frightening than any of the Adam Sandler comedies that Netflix has brought to you before. On the other hand, it’s true that movies can terrify you in a...

It was all about taking the big gamble on Bull Season 1 Episode 17.
And knowing who you could trust.
Unfortunately, trust was in short supply everywhere, including amongst the members of Tac, and I’m still trying to understand why.
Bull: Why would you trust a stranger with your entire life savings?
Erin: He wasn't a stranger. He worked at my bank.
Permalink: He wasn't a stranger. He worked at my bank. Added: March 28, 2017
Most people aren't expecting to get scammed by their bank, but these days it's difficult to trust even the institutions we think are solid.
So, I felt for all the people who ended up on the "sucker" list. I found it particularly stomach-turning to know that they targeted people who were about to retire.
There's nothing like working your entire life to build a nest egg only to have a predator steal it out from under you.

Scandal, Season 4, Episode 6, “An Innocent Man”
Written by Zahir McGhee
Directed by Jeannot Szwarc
Airs Thursdays at 9pm Est on ABC
On this week’s Scandal, Olivia visits Jake, a former first lady charms Mellie, Abby discovers Cyrus’s secret, and Fitz grants Olivia a favor.
Despite the title, “An Innocent Man” isn’t about the men of Scandal, it’s about the women. Mellie, Olivia, Abby, and even Quinn all have significant wins, making the episode a nice departure from the past five. Also, it’s the first time any of the women have felt like their old selves in a long while, particularly Olivia, who hasn’t been fully herself since the arrival of her father to D.C.
Remember back to season one, when the gladiators (also, how long has it been since any of Olivia’s team referred to themselves as such?) insisted Pope and Associates a no-cry zone?...

Have some time to sparec Well, I have some time for you to waste if you're interested in getting an eyeful of what Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller have in store for you next weekend with Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. That is, beyond an early teaser trailer for Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight. Below are ten clips from the film -- yes, ten -- featuring the likes of Rosario Dawson, Jessica Alba, Jamie King, Mickey Rourke, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jamie Chung, Powers Boothe, Eva Green and I'm sure others, but I didn't watch any of them... Sorry. For a small bit of context, here's the synopsis: It's one of those hot nights, dry and windless. The kind that makes people do sweaty, secret things. Dwight's (Josh Brolin) thinking of all the ways he's screwed up and what he'd give for one clear chance to wipe the slate clean,...

Billy Joel first hit the Top 40 in 1973 with the classic “Piano Man,” and over the next 20 years would rack up 33 top 40 hits, including 13 Top Tens and 3 #1′s (“It’s Still Rock And Roll To Me,” “Tell Her About It,” “We Didn’t Start The Fire”).
Billy’s last pop album was 1993′s River Of Dreams, but he’s still made his presence known over the last two decades, primarily on the concert stage, including a series of “Face-To-Face” tours with Elton John.
Billy’s music has always been a presence in my life, and i’m sure many others. Picking his best songs is difficult, but for his 65th birthday today, I narrowed it down to my top five.

Billy’s last pop album was 1993′s River Of Dreams, but he’s still made his presence known over the last two decades, primarily on the concert stage, including a series of “Face-To-Face” tours with Elton John.

Has The Musketeers bitten off more than it can chew with its latest raft of social issues? Here's Rob's review of episode 5...
This review contains spoilers.
1.5 The Homecoming
Post the BAFTA-inflicted break, it was back to business with The Musketeers in their latest offering, The Homecoming, written by show runner Adrian Hodges and directed by Richard Clark (who directed the excellent Doctor Who episode, The Doctor’s Wife and previous Musketeers episode, The Good Soldier). Already at its mid-season point, the show has done well to inject some flair and freshness into an old tale by taking stylistic risks whilst remaining respectful to its source. The Homecoming should therefore present little risk, especially with the talent behind the camera, to the established formula – indeed, with Porthos’ turn as ‘Musketeer of the Week’ it should represent an opportunity to hit a high, with Charles’ portrayal...

Ji Dong-chul (Gong Yoo) is one of 20,000 North Korean defectors trying to build a new life in the South. He works as a driver but otherwise keeps to himself. It’s not that he’s shy, it’s that he’s focused on finding someone. His apartment walls are lined with maps and info, and one of his clients, the chairman of a controversial corporation, has been offering assistance in the search. When the chairman is killed, Ji not only becomes the police department’s prime suspect but also the target of the man behind the assassination. An innocent man, wrongly accused of a crime he didn’t commit, is forced on the run from both the authorities and the real bad guys. The setup of the new Korean action/thriller, The Suspect, won’t win any awards for originality, but the script offers other additions that when combined with the numerous action sequences makes for a...

"Don't ask me why."
One of Billy Joel's own lyrics might answer anyone baffled that he hasn't been recognized by the Kennedy Center Honors until now. As the 40th-anniversary year of his seminal album "Piano Man" draws to a close, the singer-songwriter of numerous hits of wide-ranging styles is among those saluted for his contributions to the performing arts as CBS airs the 36th annual special Sunday, Dec. 29.
"I was surprised," six-time Grammy winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Joel recalls to Zap2it. "I honestly, really thought there were a lot of people who were deserving before I was going to get this ... jazz musicians, classical musicians, just other people. I've had so much fun, it's like I'm getting an award for doing something I love. Which is an award in itself."

Here we go: Glee has officially set the wheels in motion for relocating the entire show to New York City.
While it's only been a few weeks since reports of the sea change surfaced, several main characters revealed their intent to move to the Big Apple upon graduating from McKinley High. Blaine hopes to get into Nyada (the New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts), Sam sees it as the best place to fulfill his dream of becoming a model, and Artie – well, for now, he just has a generic "college" excuse.

“Oh no, no, no — don’t you dare. Over my dead body will you inexplicably shoehorn in another Billy Joel song just to punctuate one of your weekly lessons that inevitably veers off into an acrid barrage of angst and affirmation.”
Thus spoke Glee‘s Sue Sylvester, attempting to put a halt to the lively musical vibe that percolated throughout “Movin’ Out,” a tribute to pop music’s Piano Man that brought with it the return of the Jake-Marley-Ryder triangle, a possible series endgame for Becky and the introduction of unexpected, possibly unwelcome sexual chemistry between Rachel and Sam. After two very good issues (despite the godawful Dan Didio story that opened #2), Batman: Black and White #3 is the first issue that doesn’t live up to expectations by serving up some really great looking comics with some very forgettable stories.
The opening story, Rule Number One, written and drawn by the brilliant Lee Bermejo is a head-scratcher if only in terms of figuring out the principal character (not Batman). We see a young man on a classic motorcycle as he drives into the bad part of Gotham (isn’t it all pretty much bad?) to score drugs. We know he’s working with Batman and that this is part of his plan but who is the young man? Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake or someone completely new? The problem is that all three Robins kinda look alike and because they’ve been drawn by hundreds of artists over the years,...

This week, Nolan and Patrick hit the sheets, allegedly, and is Patrick really gone for good?
Here are five highlights:
The Morning After
Emily visits Nolan and comes across a horrifying scene (complete with a menacing music theme – all string!). As she sees Patrick crawling up Nolan’s backyard (sadly, not a euphemism), she notices the house in disarray. Lamps are knocked over, the bedroom looks like a frat house after an all night kegger. She cries out for Nolan, and rushes into the bathroom to find him naked and motionless in the tub. What did that bastard Patr … oh wait, Nolan is perfectly fine. He’s just trying to rehydrate after every vital fluid was drained from his body last night. Yes, he and Patrick slept together for the first time … offscreen … and Emily is ready to scoop out her rolling eyes and bean him in the head.

Last night's episode of "Arrow" was chock full of big surprises. From the vigilante revealing his secret identity to yet another one of Oliver Queen's closest associates to the reappearance of a villain long thought dead, "Dead to Rights" focused mainly on the budding relationship between Oliver and Detective McKenna and the father/son relationship between Tommy and Malcolm Merlyn, a.k.a. the Dark Archer.
Spoilers Ahead!
Starting off with a helicopter landing on a rooftop, "Dead to Rights" begins with the vigilante killing yet another assassin-for-hire off of his dead father's list. However, this was no ordinary assassin. Doing some research on his latest conquest, Oliver and company discover that the assassin only eliminates high profile targets. On that note, Oliver tasks Ms. Smoak, his new personal Oracle, with finding out who the assassin's target was and finding them before anyone else can.

Love seems to be in the air in Starling City as last night's "Arrow" featured both Oliver Queen and Diggle going out on fancy dates, not to mention the fact that Thea Queen has found a new love interest in the form of bad boy Roy Harper. "Dodger" revolves mostly around Oliver and company tracking down a jewel thief named the Dodger. He's smooth, he's swift, and he loves to strap bombs to people's necks.
At the Arrowcave, Oliver, Diggle, and Felicity discuss Ken Williams, the next target on Robert Queen's list. Felicity does a background check on Ken and discovers that he has children which, of course, causes her to back out. She then brings up the Dodger, who normally operates primarily in Europe but has just recently made it to Starling City. Wanting to keep Felicity from going to the police, Oliver agrees to go after the jewel thief instead.

In a surprising turn of events, last night's episode of "Arrow" was comprised mostly of flashbacks to Oliver Queens's time on the mysterious island of Liànyù. "The Odyssey" picks up precisely where last week's episode left off, with the hooded vigilante breaking into Queen Consolidated and interrogating Moira Queen at arrow-point. Moira, who denies having anything to do with Walter's disappearance, eventually gets the upper hand, shooting her own son with a hidden handgun.
Oliver makes the tough decision of revealing his secret identity to Queen Consolidated's I.T. girl, Felicity Smoak, with the hopes that she will drive him back to the Arrowcave and help remove the bullet from his shoulder. Being that Oliver Queen is technically her boss and also a known murderer, Ms. Smoak quickly agrees to do whatever he so pleases.

There's been a lot of trust issues on "Arrow" so far, but never before have they been made so prominent. Last night's episode, "Betrayal," puts a spotlight on all of the liars in Starling City; whether it's Oliver Queen, who is lying to his family and friends about his alter ego, or Detective Lance, who is lying to his daughter about putting a tracer on the vigilante's phone, there just doesn't seem to be an honest person in the entire town.
Well, besides Tommy that is.
"Betrayal" begins with A-list criminal Cyrus Vanch exiting the Starling City penitentiary. Catching a ride with his leggy blonde cohort, Cyrus makes his way to a mansion belonging to one of his former associates. Cyrus threatens the man, prodding him about the triads and this new vigilante they're calling the Hood but to no avail. Then, suddenly, Cyrus stabs him in...

Picking up exactly where last week's episode of "Arrow" left off, "Vertigo" opens with a furious and hooded Oliver Queen chasing a low level drug thug through an alleyway. Pinning him to a nearby ledge with an arrow stuck in his wrist, the thug tells Oliver of a maniacal drug lord known only as the Count. He's the one that's been supplying Starling City with the deadly Vertigo drug. He's the one responsible for Thea's arrest.
The next day, the Queens and Laurel show up in support of the accused: Thea Queen. But despite the best efforts of the best lawyer in town, the judge moves the case to trial and deems Thea the new poster child for drug abuse in Starling City. With nowhere left to turn, Oliver pays a visit to the Starling City Police Department and bumps into an old friend, Detective McKenna Hall.

Trust has always played a crucial part on "Arrow," specifically with the Queen household. Whether it's Oliver Queen, who has thus far proven unable to trust anyone but his dead father's list, Moira Queen, who isn't as trustworthy as she seems, or Thea Queen, who trusts her mother just about as far as she can throw her. Obviously, Starling City's most watched family has a ton of issues to work out.
Last night's episode, "Trust But Verify," begins with an armored truck robbery as three unidentifiable men stop the vehicle with grenade launchers and gas masks. Soon, we discover that this is the third armored truck robbery in a series of connected crimes all around Starling City. But when Oliver's research point to Ted Gayner as the next target on his list, Diggle steps up to the plate declaring Gayner's innocence.

After a month long hiatus, "Arrow" returns with a hot new episode firing us up for the rest of this season. "Burned" picks up just six weeks after the events of last month's mid-season finale, with Starling City plagued by a crazed pyromaniac and Oliver Queen lacking the courage to suit up as the vigilante. As he trains in the Arrowcave, it's quite clear that the infamous Dark Archer has broken not only Oliver's ribs but also his spirit.
"Burned" kicks off with a huge flaming building swarmed by firefighters. Danny, the only remaining firefighter in the building, is soon confronted by a mysterious masked fireman who proceeds to douse him in turpentine. The masked fireman watches in ecstasy as Danny burns alive. Later, we learn that Danny is Laurel's friend Jill's brother, which of course drags Laurel straight to the middle of another unsolved murder case.

Time off is important. Whatever it is that makes up your day-to-day life, whether it’s work, school, or a hobby, nothing is better for letting you get a new perspective on your routines than just stopping them completely for a while. It’s why many first year series come back over the midseason break with a renewed sense of energy and focus. Television (in particular, network television) runs on a very rigid schedule, so when everyone’s immediate goal is to just make sure next week’s episode isn’t actively on fire, it’s sometimes easiest to just put your head down, and power through till vacation time.
Coming back from the winter holidays as well rested as I hope you all are, Arrow’s latest episode is by no means a radical departure from everything that’s come before it. It’s only been a month mind you,...

Just in time for the holiday season, last night's episode of "Arrow" saw Oliver and his family celebrating Christmas for the first time in five years. However, as you can imagine, Christmas time in Starling City doesn't come without it's fair share of homicide. "Year's End" also introduces a key antagonist into the "Arrow" universe: a rival archer with skills comparable to that of our beloved hooded vigilante.
We open on a frantic Adam Hunt, one of the men that Oliver has already crossed off of his dead father's list, as he's shot dead in his apartment by a masked copycat archer with black arrows. Meanwhile, back at the Arrowcave, Oliver trains with Diggle eventually coming to the realization that it's almost Christmas. Being stranded on an island for the past five years, Oliver hasn't had the luxury of holiday festivities. Until now.

In the aftermath of last week's episode, "Vendetta" picks up with Oliver and Helena post-coitus as Helena sneaks off to assassinate some triads. Oliver, who of course comes to Helena's rescue just in the knick of time, pleads with her to think about what it is that she's doing and even offers to train her in the ways of the vigilante.
As promised, this week's episode of "Arrow" showcases that inevitable transition from Helena Bertinelli, daughter of the mob boss Frank Bertinelli, into the Huntress, a crossbow-wielding anti-hero. But when Oliver takes Helena in as his protégé, Diggle threatens to leave the Arrowcave once and for all. Especially, if Helena means to create a deadly gang war between the triads and her father's mafia family.
Spoilers ahead.
Initially, Helena is hesitant to take Oliver's advice; thanking him for the coffee and the sex and then leaving without saying goodbye.

Last night's episode of "Arrow" stands as a milestone for the show for a number of reasons. First and foremost being, there were absolutely no flashbacks! Go figure! "Muse of Fire" literally kicks off with a running start as Oliver attempts to chase down a masked motorcycle assassin (who almost kills his mother) on foot. Unable to catch up to mysterious cyclist, Oliver heads to the Starling City Hospital to check on his poor, injured mother.
The episode also introduces us to a new supporting character that is sure to mix things up in a big way: Helena Bertinelli (a.k.a. Huntress). Born the daughter of Frank Bertinelli (a high-profile mafia boss), Helena and Oliver reluctantly share a dinner together discovering that they have way more in common than meets the eye. They even share a very similarly warped sense of justice.

Family comes before all else, even if that means systematically killing a whole list of crooked business men as per your father's dying wish. This week's episode of "Arrow" kicked off with a bang as immediately we were introduced to the main antagonists of "Legacies," the Royal Flush Gang, as they robbed a bank full of innocent people and murdered an off-duty cop in cold blood.
Although these card-themed criminals aren't initially on Robert Queen's list, Oliver decides to make them his top priority after his next target (Scott Morgan) attempts to commit suicide. "Legacies" not only marks the first time that we see Oliver and Diggle actually working together in order to take down a target, but it also sheds some light on the budding romance between Laurel and Tommy that's been left untouched for the past few episodes.

Hot off the heels of last week's cliffhanger of an ending, "Damaged" begins with a flashback to Oliver Queen's time on that remote island in which the mysterious bearded Asian man (who saved him in previous episodes) is now teaching him how to shoot a bow and arrow. Suddenly, Oliver is kidnapped by a gang of masked men and shoved into a makeshift holding cell in the ground without any sort of explanation.
The present-day action on this week's episode of "Arrow" focuses mainly on the conflict between Oliver Queen and Detective Lance, with Oliver attempting to dissolve any remaining suspicions that the detective may have about Mr. Queen and the hooded vigilante being the same person. But with video evidence of Oliver at the scene of one of Arrow's crimes, it would appear to be a task easier said than done.

Arrow, Season 1, Episode 4: “An Innocent Man”
Directed by Vincent Misiano
Written by Moira Kirland and Lana Cho
Airs Wednesdays at 8pm Et on The CW
The bulk of episode 4 continues Arrow’s quest to take down the evil businessmen whose names appear on “The List”. Only Oliver takes his job one step further as he attempts to exonerate, Peter Declan, an innocent man on death row for allegedly killing his wife.
Anyone who’s been following Arrow since the start can clearly identify the show’s recipe: Hokey voiceover, top notch archery-inspired action sequences, a few flashbacks, deep focus on Stephen Amell’s abs, sexually frustrated antics between Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy), a common corporate-villain-of-the week, and a cliffhanger that is somehow either tied to Arrow’s identity, or the conspiracy involving Moira Queen (Susanna Thompson) and her husbands death. Did I miss anything?...

DC Comics’ Villain Deathstroke Appears On The Island With Oliver — After Detective Lance (Paul Blackthorne) arrests Oliver (Stephen Amell) for murder, Oliver tells Moira (Susanna Thompson) the only lawyer he’ll allow to represent him is Laurel (Katie Cassidy). Laurel takes the case which puts her at odds with her father. Oliver offers to take a polygraph in front Detective Lance but things get tense when Lance asks him if anyone else was on the island with him. Oliver flashes back to when he got his first scar, courtesy of Deathstroke (guest star Jeffrey Robinson). Colin Donnell, David Ramsey and Willa Holland also star. Michael Shultz directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Ben Sokolowski (#105). Yesterday's episode, 'An Innocent Man' reportedly had 3.35 million viewers in overnights and a 1.0 in the 18-49 rating. A bit down from last week but expected due to Hurricane Sandy and Halloween.
