- On the bus, a couple begins to make out. Del points it out to Neal. Eventually they lean into the isle and bump into Neal. When Neal looks at them, you can briefly glimpse down the girl's shirt. The guy tells them to take a picture. A few seconds later, Neal looks over and the couple is smoking (almost implying they had sex)
- A joke where a person's butt to pick up chopsticks
- A joke about playing with balls (crotch)
- In a taxi, we see a brief closeup of a picture of nude women stuck on the passenger's window. Very hard to make out

- A man is punched in the face then grabbed and pulled by his scrotum (this is played for laughs).
- A man threatens another man by asking if he would like a mouthful of teeth.
- A car slides between two trucks when it is going the wrong way. The two men get their hands stuck on the front and escape right before the car explodes
- A car crashes in the motel entrance.
- A man stumbles and falls in the middle of the road with his briefcase being crushed.
- A man slips and falls in a snowy trench to a highway where.his hat gets run over by a truck.
- A man has a fit of rage after his bus leaves.
- A man stumbles out of a bed in anger.
- A man gets both arms stuck while driving down the highway and he almost crashes against a guardrail. He brakes and his car spins. Then he gets back back on the highway, on the wrong side of the road.

- A dog jumps out from under some hay on the back of a truck and starts barking. Not particularly scary but may cause some jumps.
- Neil suggests suicide sarcastically
- The car crash scene may be a bit frightening. The two men became skulls and the driver briefly turns into the devil.
