When Baby Secret Bear and Baby Tenderheart Bear jump on the rainbow to leave the cloud boat, you can see their "tummy symbols", which they have not yet received. The symbols disappear as they are sliding, then when they reach the bottom of the rainbow, the symbols are given to them for the first time.

At the end of the movie during the "Forver Young" song, Brave Heart Lion is paddling on two different colors of the rainbow river; Blue and orange, which are two colors that never border each other in a rainbow.

At the end of the movie when they all come out of Dark Heart's cave, Dark Heart is holding a red hat. When he gives the hat to Christy, it's purple.
During the first song when the bears and cousins are babies, Proud Heart Cat has his tummy symbol. They don't get their tummy symbols until they all reach the Kingdom of Caring.
In "The Care Bears Movie" (1985), it started out with adult Care Bears who later met the adult Care Bear Cousins. The Cousins got their tummy symbols at the end of the movie. In this movie, it started out with all of the animals as babies. They all got their tummy symbols when they were babies and all grew up together.
Although Proud Heart Cat is officially a female, the opening song "Flying My Colors" mistakenly refers to her as a "he".
