- Jason can be seen with no shirt on.
- There is a scene of women in a photo shoot. There are many women wearing bathing suits. The scene lasts a couple of minutes with brief cuts to the two main characters throughout.
- The female lead Nicole wears a shirt in which her nipples can clearly be seen while walking down the street. The shirt isn't see-through, but the small bulges are clearly there.
- A a woman and man lies in bed, nothing is seen until the woman gets out of bed. She is shown only in a long sleeve shirt (with panties on) for a couple of minutes.

- A man begins to mutate graphically, his mouth expands and we see inside his head- he spews a big stream of white foam onto the floor
- A man lies on the floor with his mouth horrifically distorted and mutated, white foam spews outward like a river. Later he gets up and looks completely normal.
