- Lots of posters in the soldiers' barracks containing naked women, breasts fully bared. So yeah, no actual naked women in the movie, just walls and walls covered in naked big-chested chicks.
- A man is lying down with a Vietnamese woman who is in short shorts and a crop top. They are caressing each other but nothing happens.

- Pretty gory, probably as much so as "Rambo II". Lots of macaroni gunfights, legs blown off, and even a suicide by gun to the head. Unlike a lot of the other films of the genre, this one actually can be disturbing to some viewers, while a lot of the others are so bad it's funny. Not for kids.
Profanity

- 20 f-bombs, a couple of them paired with "mother-" or "-head". There is 1 use of "c**k", and countless uses of "s**t", "a*s", "b***h", and "bas***d".
