Professor Jones screened this film for our class as well. With few exceptions, I enjoyed it. I mean, it's about the hardships of a family in the city. Mom's got a job as a waitress, brother's always in trouble, there's another brother who's not all that effectual to the story, and the sister who wants to be a singer. You know it's gotta end with one going up and the other going down. Overall, I recommend it, if not for story, then for the technique.

Prof Jones who directed this film is my one of my film school teachers at the University of Central Florida. I saw the film the other day in colloquium and found it to be very good. Other students had been bashing it a bit so I was expecting much worse but I found much technique used in the shot setup and directing of the film. the actors were very talented and well directed and the story was pretty good too! I give this film a B. -Brandon(hopefully my name will be appearing on the directing base of IMDB very soon)
