In several shots during the movie, the actors appear in the red interior of the probation officer's Cadillac Seville. At the end of the movie they flip flop back and forth between a car with red interior and a car with white interior. (Very obviously when Richard Pryor opens the door while sitting in car it is red, when he gets out it's white.)
When Braxton is sentenced to probation and being dragged out the courtroom, he grabs his coat. He is then dragged out the room. When he rushes back in and yells, you can see his coat lying on the floor outside. She he's pushed back outside the final time, his coat is in his hand again.
The pictures that appear on the right of the swap meet doorway disappear completely when Dwayne and Frank bust open the door.
When Joe Braxton is hanging on the side of the bus as it begins to go down the hill, you can clearly see the cable of his safety harness attached to the rail of the bus.
Obvious stunt double when Joe tumbles from the truck when he and Vivian are escaping from the bad guys.
Joe clearly did not slap Ernesto hard enough to knock him down. When he "slapped" him, his fingers were spread open and they barely touched Ernesto's face.
When Joe and Vivian are posing as mannequins and after Joe hits the thug with a bat, there is a handwritten sign that reads, "priced as maked" when it should be "marked".
A sign at the swap meet is misspelled "PRICED AS MAKED".
When Judge Runzuli is reviewing Joe's criminal record, he says that Joe has been on probation for 4 years. However it was later stated several times throughout the movie that Joe was on parole not probation.
