- A prostitute goes to a motel with the protagonist and there are obvious sexual innuendos, the protagonist spanks her, there is no nudity.

- A women's throat is slit, and her boyfriend has a wire wrapped around his neck cutting it open; lots of blood is shown.
- A man strangles a woman to death with his bare hands, she's then graphically scalped with a knife; some blood is shown.

- A woman is stabbed in the back with a small sword which pierces through her chest; little blood is shown.
- A man stabs a woman in her stomach with a knife, and blood comes pouring out, she is then scalped, mostly offscreen. Some blood is shown.
- A man's arm is slashed with a shovel, blood splashed out
- A man hallucinates that he is being attacked by his murder victims, his stomach is stabbed with a machete, his arm is cut off, and his head is graphically ripped off. Lots of blood and some gore.

- The main character acts very creepy throughout the movie. When he's not killing people, his actions are unsettling. The scenes where he interacts with the mannequins are uncomfortable to say the least.
- A scary, disturbing movie about a man trapped in a damaged mind, and his walk trough hell.
- This movie is nightmare fuel. So gritty you can feel the smell and touch the atmosphere. You must have a strong psyche to watch this!
