- A man crashes a car, the car flips to its side, but the man survives, injured.
- Three people get into a scuffle, two gang on the third and beat him unconscious.
- A man dangling his legs into a river gets attacked by something. Later, he's seen dead, with his legs completely stripped of flesh.
- A man in a canoe sticks his hand into the water but gets attacked and starts screaming, he disappears into the river, and the water turns red.
- A man jump into a river to rescue a boy, but gets attacked by Piranha, he starts to scream, and the water begins to turn red. Eventually, he's pulled out, with his body covered in wounds, and dies.
- Piranhas attack a children's summer camp while playing in the river. Lots and lots of screaming, and Piranhas are supposedly nibbling at the kids. Eventually, everyone is saved, except for one counselor who gets dragged underwater, which turns red.
