The victim is beaten, raped, and sodomized by four men, who hold her down and take turns raping her, and she is shown fully nude for nearly thirty straight minutes as she struggles and runs for her life.
- In one scene, the men catch the victim and press her against a rock while holding her arms and spreading her legs apart; one of them uses excessive force to anally rape her.
- Three prolonged, very graphic scenes of rape; one of which shows forced oral sex.
- In three scenes, Jennifer is assaulted and raped by four men. The first scene begins with the men pulling off her bikini top, then holding her down as they strip off her bikini bottom; the scene includes full-frontal male and female nudity.
- At the house after being raped twice, Jennifer wears only a blouse that is eventually torn open after she is beaten and raped again. The entire time she is beaten, her breasts, buttocks, and genitals are explicitly seen. A man rapes her following this beating. The next scene implies a man shoving a bottle inside her. Afterwards, when a man is sent to kill the woman, she is shown lying on her back with her blouse open. Eventually, the camera pans down to her pelvis.

- A woman lacerates a man's body with a motorboat engine and hits another man in the back with an axe, causing them both to die bloody deaths.
