- A man walks into a bathroom and stumbles upon some preadolescent boys peeking at the breasts of a dead woman. They scatter from the room, and the man stands there stunned for a few minutes. The woman's breast and nipple are partially visible during this time.
- There is a long sequence of war footage at the beginning of the film. During this, a few women and children are briefly shown nude or partially nude. The video quality of this footage is very grainy, so not much is visible.

- In the beginning of the movie there's a long sequence of disturbing war footage.
- An old man is struck multiple times with a stick offscreen. He is then later hung up like a piñata and beaten to death.
- A couple is found dead in their hotel room.
- A man is killed offscreen by dozens of murderous children. You don't see anything, but you hear a lot of screaming.
- A dead body is found in a car.

- A child is shot in the head offscreen. In the aftermath you can clearly see a bloody wound on his head.
- A woman is killed from the inside by her unborn baby.
- In perhaps the most shocking scene of the entire movie, around 10 children are mowed down by the protagonist.
- The protagonist tries to escape from an island but murderous children jump onto the boat. The man beats some of the children unconscious and/or to death. The children still manage to overpower him and stab him with a scissor. But the man then overpowers the children again and starts beating them. Not soon after that some cops arrive at the scene and shoot the protagonist to death.
- Near the end there is a disturbing sight of multiple dead bodies of children.
- Cops are shot offscreen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Some children are killed. There is a certain scene where around 10 children are mowed down with a machine gun. Because of the long built-up of this scene, it manages to be very shocking.
