Shot in 1972, not released until 1976.
When Joy left, the script called for her to walk up the driveway of the studios, past the camera, to sit on her suitcase, and hitch hike on the actual Highway 27 in Kleinburg. This was a Friday night and Highway 27 was a major road for people heading from the Toronto area, north to cottage country. There were several production lights beside the highway which made it very bright, and before the station wagon that was supposed to stop and give Joy a ride, an innocent person not connected with the production, stopped to give her a ride. Unfortunately, as it turned out, the scene was judged to be too dark during editing, and apparently deleted.
Also released as Mahoneys Last Stand.
Ronnie Lane and Ron Wood came for a photo shoot at Mahoney's studio lot home for the studio soundtrack album release's cover photo.
