When they are running away from the dogs, Tia and Tony switch positions between shots (Kim Richards was afraid of the dogs, and at one point ran in front to get away from them).
When the gun is hovering in front of Deranian and his driver, it hovers in front of the camper. After the camper drives away in the cut back to the gun it still shows the camper behind the gun.
When Tia makes the gun float in the air, there is a close-up shot of the gun being cocked. Then, when the camera cuts back to distant shots, the gun is no longer cocked.
When the hunter with the mustache and black leather jacket approaches the cave entrance, he turns on his flashlight, but then a moment later as he steps into the cave, his flashlight is off again, and he turns it on a second time.
When Deranian and the hunters start chasing the RV, the white Cadillac convertible is behind Deranian's Lincoln. When the kids are looking out the back window, only the Lincoln and the GMC SUV are seen. When Tony sends the bag of flour out the window, the white Cadillac is once again between the Lincoln and the SUV.
As Aristotle Bolt flies alongside the airborne RV, he looks at Tony and Tia from the left side window of the helicopter. Later, when he realizes he's flying upside-down alongside them, he is watching from the same position. With the helicopter flying upside-down, Bolt should have been on the other side, and unable to see the RV.
Deranian's car is equipped with a mobile telephone and a two-way radio, however no antennas exist for those systems on the car. The only antenna is for the car's AM radio.
The gasoline attendant is shown filling up the Winnebago through the heater exhaust. The gasoline fill cap on this model is on the other side of the vehicle, just behind the rear wheel. Were the attendant to peer through the window on the driver's side, there would be no "perfect" place for the children to hide and still hear Jason when he re-enters the vehicle.
When the Winnebago is shown flying (apparently) upside-down, Jason is on the side furthest from the helicopter. That would mean he is driving on the right side of his vehicle rather than the left.
Wires are obvious in two scenes; on the hovering handgun at the campground, and on the floating harmonica in the jail.
When Tony is using the harmonica to make the crayon draw on the mirror, in the mirror's reflection the wire connected to the end of the crayon is visible.
When Tony is playing the harmonica you can see wires attached to hand controls for the puppets.
Obvious stunt double when Bolt falls out of the helicopter cockpit.
Whenever Tony plays the harmonica his technique does not match the soundtrack.
Jason tells Tony and Tia to jump out the side door of his RV. Instead they jump out of the passenger door.
