- It has plenty of topless, and rear female nudity. Male nudity includes men shown completely nude. Although frontal male nudity is 'blink and you'll miss it', male topless and rear nudity in many scenes.
- A sex parlor depicts topless women offering massages or blowjobs for men.
- Multiple sex scenes, albeit not graphic. There's one between Dolemite and another woman (where his pants gets taken off), but the shot cuts before we see the outcome.
- Women dance in bikinis.
- Dolemite starts to get busy with two women in a car. One woman's breasts are visible.
Violence & Gore

- Two men enter an apartment room and ambush Dolemite and another man. One shoots the man dead, but Dolemite disarms one and shoots him (blood seen on his chest and the wall), and then he beats up the other attacker.
- Two cops harass Dolemite, and one punches him in the stomach several times, but he quickly dispatches both.
- A man is shot in a club, igniting massive brawl among the patrons, and one man dispatches many attackers. The brawl is very long, and many people are beaten up, with man punching his hand into another man's stomach (much blood is seen).
- Armed men enter a room, and Dolemite beats them up Another man arrives to help him, and he shoots one of the attackers many times (not graphic).
- Dolemite fights several FBI agents, but they pummel him and knock him out.
