"they're kind of cute"???!!!!!

Two young girls, gone to L.A. to spend the summer with one girl's apparently repressive aunt, find that auntie has gone to the hospital because uncle broke his leg so they're on their own to find the house and settle in. Of course, since auntie has not yet arrived home they decide to dress like sluts and go meet their aunt at the hospital. Now, little do they know that some psycho loony tune has asked his crooked lawyer to find him some babes, because the loony tune has just finished off the lawyer's wife (via some contract, I assume) and now has decided that he's tired of fondling and dressing up mannequins and wants some more of the "real thing". So this sleazy lawyer, having plenty of connections, enlists some scummy bikers to kidnap some girls to please the loony, in return for $10,000. So of course two of these bikers hit the streets and they find some young hitch-hiking girls (guess who?) who debate among themselves whether or not to accept a ride from these guys. And let me tell you, any girl that could look at these two dirt bags and say "they're kind of cute" deserves everything they get. And of course, they get kidnapped, and taken back to the biker lair, and tied up and left in the closet. Now despite the fact that the biker lair appears to be in the middle of nowhere there are little neighbor boys playing outside and the girls have managed to saw a hole in the outside wall of the house (!?) with a nail file, and call to the little boys to call the police to help them. Yeah right. Of course this escape attempt is thwarted, as are a couple others, and the girls are made to smoke pot and strip to their underwear. Most notable is the over-the-top biker bitch, played to perfection by who knows who, she's quite the uh, babe. Of course, the sleazy lawyer and the loony tune show up with the money but things then go haywire, and nothing turns out as planned, and the ending is typical 70's ambiguous. A stupidly fun sort of drive in flick, not easy to take seriously but good stupid fun for the right viewer. 6 out of 10.
