Embarrassment, with a big E.
RodrigAndrisan8 May 2016
I didn't saw this when it was released in theaters in 1968, I was only 9 years old and I was too busy to read important books written by Charles Dickens, Jules Verne, Daniel Defoe and many others. I saw it now (May 2016), for free, on You-tube. What can you write about a Romanian "film" from the communist period, when people were sent to prison or even killed if you dared to express opinions freely about the masquerade around them? OK, strictly about The Cyclists are coming: there are many good and very good actors in this production, Mircea Albulescu, Dem Radulescu, Vasilica Tastaman, all just a waste. As genre is already written: Comedy | Romance | Sports. But no, it's none of all these, it's just 85 minutes of Embarrassment, with a big E.
