Exciting, but mostly for locals.
snakebit4 January 1999
The film is exiting, and a part of what most school kids in the area get to see. Probably others will not find it as interesting, as I did, since the story, which is based on real events take place only a few miles from where I live. The story portrays the lives of several members of the local resistance and nazi sympathizers, during World War II. Sorry that I cannot give a better overview, but it has been a few years since I saw the film. The actors and crew are not world-class, at least not yet, but compared to many Norwegian movies it is well made, with quite a story twist in the end.

Flekkefjords best movie ever
forseth763 December 1999
Most of this film is made in Flekkefjord, a small town in Norway. It's about a great resitance-hero called Gunvald Tomstad. I think the film very well describes his effort against the Germans during the war.

I have lived most off my life in this town, and heard many intriguing stories about Gunvald Tomstad.Ï think I can say that this is one of the best movieproductions in Norway, considering the year of the production.
