Some English prints have the title as "Occurence" rather than "Occurrence". This is corrected in An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge (1964), Rod Serling's reedited version.
The snippets of English dialogue are all spoken with French accents even though these are supposed to be Americans. Not a goof: Although this story is performed by French actors, French people emigrated to the United States prior to the American Civil War and settled in Louisiana.
The rope is alternately behind the condemned and in front. Not a goof: the hangman shifted the rope from the front to the back.
