A film about the Absolute Goodness

Based on the book of Zsigmond Moricz the great Hungarian writer. The story takes place in the Reformed Boy's School in Debrecen around the 1890's that still exists. Starring with Laci Toth won the Best Child Actor Prize in San Francisco, 1960. The studious and sensitive 11-year-old boy pays for his education by tutoring his classmate, suffering from vicious teachers. One day he is being accused for stealing a winner lottery ticket. He fells in love with the beautiful Doroghy daughter so he does not want to reveal that her fiancé is the thief. Finally the truth turns out but he no more wants to be a student. This film is a real treasure will grab you emotionally.
