One by one, Juror #8 (Henry Fonda) manages to "convince" the others of the defendant's innocence, until they all vote not guilty. The Juror's all leave the Courthouse, Juror #8 and Juror #9 exchange their last names on the courthouse steps, and everyone goes on with their lives.
