- Continuity: When Martin and Harry are talking around the table, Martin holds the pipe with his right hand about his belly. From one shot to another, his right hand appears about his chest and, subsequently, holding the pipe in the mouth.
- Continuity: After a bearer gets shot, Martin, Harry and the others carriers hide behind a thicket. One bearer has two shotguns on the right shoulder. In the following shot he appears with one shotgun on each shoulder.
- Audio/visual unsynchronized: When the explorers are fighting against the Gaboni people, Harry positions the rifle and pulls the trigger, but the rifle does not fire. After they cross the river, Martin finally shoots but no sound is heard.
- Audio/visual unsynchronized: The first time Tarzan's yell is heard, Harry says something to Martin. He moves the lips but no sound is heard. However, reading his lips, we can note that the first word he pronounces is Tarzan.
- Continuity: Harry and Martin climb the rocks toward the top, where the monkeys are, carrying the rifles on their shoulders. But next shot, when Harry is shown from above, he is holding the rifle leaned on the top.
- Revealing mistakes: Throughout the film, it is possible to see Tarzan flying on trapezes.
- Continuity: While Jane talks with Harry and Martin, drinking coffee, her hands holding the cup change position from one shot to another.
- Audio/visual unsynchronized: When the lioness appears in front of Jane, she screams to call Tarzan. Then Tarzan, who is swimming, gives his yell with the mouth uncovered/covered of water.
- Revealing mistakes: When Tarzan raises Martin from the ground, we can see the wire caught on his back.
- Continuity: The bole, on which Cheetah floats in the river, changes from one shot to another.
- Continuity: Jane lies in front of two furious lions with her back next the rock. The following shot, just from the rock side, shows that she is a little way from the rock.
