Sex & Nudity

  • For only a few seconds a woman is briefly shown reading a book called "Naughty Stories". While its contents are not explicitly shown, the suggestive nature of the title implies that it may contain sexually erotic or explicit content. Only the book's cover is visible in the scene.
  • In one scene, a woman is shown putting on stockings in a room by herself. Although there is no nudity and it isn't explicitly sexual in nature, a significant portion of her legs are visible.
  • A woman expresses jealousy toward her friend's fiance and remarks, "As long as they've got sidewalks, you've got a job." This statement implies the idea that she could potentially make a living that involves using her sexual appeal through gold digging or prostitution.
  • There is a brief scene in which a man lies on top of a woman. It isn't very sexual in nature as they are both clothed, and only their heads and tops of their torso are shown.
  • The costumes and swimsuits worn by the showgirls during the final performances at the end of the movie are noticeably more revealing than the outfits worn during the rehearsals earlier in the movie. It's important to note that while these outfits are much more revealing, there is no overt or explicit nudity depicted.
  • Throughout the film, there are numerous scenes featuring young women wearing, as well as dancing, in somewhat revealing outfits. These outfits are primarily tight-fitting, emphasizing the shape of their bodies without explicitly showing skin, although the attire still reveals the women's legs, and at times their backs. This is not done in a sexually explicit way.

Violence & Gore

  • A man pushes another man, and as a result falls down a short flight of stairs. Only the end of the fall is shown.
