The film DOES exist in a complete form.

This film was recently restored by Universal utilizing the original camera negative in combination with the UCLA archive print. The picture is complete and even had the sound restored! Hopefully, the film will be released on DVD and include some before and after restoration footage as a bonus feature. I was lucky enough to attend a screening at Universal, a very impressive restoration job.

Unfortunately, IMDb posters often assume that if a film isn't available on DVD or VHS and never shows up on TV, that it is a lost film. The fact of the matter is that film restoration is an expensive, time consuming process and many older films simply aren't commercially viable. In a perfect world, all films would be properly preserved and available for screening but in reality, all the studios are in business to make a profit. That being typed, "Right To Love" would be perfect for a pre-code box set, hopefully Universal is planning one.
