- Carmen bought a dowsing rod. She believes it detects negative rays. Pascale's insomnia and the defeats of the team are due to negative rays. Nobody takes her seriously until she demonstrates her dowsing rod on the pitch and it suddenly moves.
- Dimitri is looking for a woman through the ads in his newspaper. Xavier finds out after Dimitri played a joke on him and, along with Pico, he takes revenge on Dimitri. Xavier passes himself off as a woman and calls Dimitri.

- Initially everybody laughs when Carmen claims her schooldays buddy Micheline Van Bel has offered to sponsor her application for the posh 'Tigresses' service club, as she utterly lacks the breeding to stand any test. However, eager to profit from networking trough her, Pascale changes her tune, while Boma even offers to play her husband and lend her his villa, on top of etiquette lessons. Xavier is commandeered to play the butler, the last straw for the team to vow they'll sabotage the plan, fielding Fernand, who is so desperate to find a mate he even tries tips from klutz Marc, making him believe Xavier's marriage is on the rocks, leaving his 'dream woman' fair game. .
- Xavier has become sergeant and Carmen became more arrogant. She wants to buy an expensive car, she wants to befriend the colonel's wife and insists that Xavier joins the military football team. Xavier doesn't want to abandon his friends.
- A pregnancy test kick-starts a series of false parenthood presumptions. Xavier assumes he made Carmen pregnant. It merely concerns the GP's dog. Carmen agrees to minder on her dog while she's on holiday and, acting enthusiastic, unwillingly puts Xavier on the wrong track. Dimitri mistakes a thing or two as Xavier takes lessons on paternity at Doortje's.
- De Kampioenen have to go on a medical examination at Dr. Saskia Hengelen, an acquaintance of Marc. They ask Marc to put in a good word with Saskia.
- Carmen wants to open up a restaurant. After a failed attempt in her store, she tries her luck in the canteen. Carmen is supported by Boma, who's tricking Pascale.
- Eddy Wally, a famous Flemish artist, comes to sing in town. However, when he doesn't show up, Xavier must replace him.
- When in high school, Oscar betrayed classmate Gentil De Schepper for stealing exam questions. Gentil avenges himself and threatens to unveal Oscar's secret. Oscar, since time immemorial known as the Kampioen, fears reputational damage.
- On local radio Boma announces he'll fire Oscar if De Kampioenen lose the next match.
- Pol wins the 59th customer package at Bij Xavier news agency and wears a red rose from it in his lapel. Little did he know it's the mark agreed between Pascale and her first-ever Internet agency date. It starts off a series of misunderstandings.
- While De Kampioenen are planning a surprise for Dimitri, he thinks they want to kill him.
- Dimitri's mother has found the perfect woman for her son. Dimitri and Pascale pretend they're having a relationship so that Dimitri can mislead his mother.
- Boma wants that Doortje participates in a 'Best Secretary of the Country' contest. Pol stimulates Doortje, but only because Boma promised him a season ticket at RSC Anderlecht if Doortje agrees.

- Marc and Bieke look for a best man at their marriage. They find it hard to choose, since everyone is volunteer. Dimitri De Tremmerie's mother makes an unexpected appearance and this instantly causes a lot of trouble for De Kampioenen.
- Boma pays a moral psychologist, Pieter-Paul Pereboom, to improve the results of the team. Pereboom becomes Oscar's assistant. Dimitri is impressed with Pereboom and wants to know more about the right selling technique.
- After another lousy performance as keeper and due scolding as lazy incompetent near-lush, Xavier feels unloved and abandoned by mates and wife. Drinking himself -for solace- too tipsy to find the way home, having locked himself out of his car, he lands in the garage. Fernand, hoping to sabotage the next football match on his pigeons' great competition flight day, convinces Xavier to make the others miss him by staging an abduction. While Holmes-fan Marc proves himself the incompetent opposite of his hero as klutz detective, only Fernand enjoys himself as the others doubt whether it's real, until Pol stumbles upon the truth.
- Maurice helps Bieke in finding a present for her mother's birthday. He suggests they buy Pascale a new mattress. Pol mishears one of their conversations and is disgusted when he mistakenly thinks Maurice and Bieke have a relationship.
- Doortje is looking for a job. She goes to work as waitress in Bernard's restaurant.
- Pol gets injured. He is forced to end his football career. Pol replaces Xavier as coach of the team. Carmen doesn't agree with this and is temporarily in league with Bernard to get under the skin of De Kampioenen.
- Pascale reads Bieke's mail and finds out she's selected to appear and sing in a music program.

- After another abysmal 0-6 defeat, the soccer boys bicker what could boast their poor performances and, at least, dwindling supporter attendance, and agree the derelict grandstand should be renovated. President-sponsor Boma refuses to pay for it, so the players want to spend the club reserves, but the wives, whose own attendance slips, stick by an old promise to use those for a 'team building' trip to Venice. Bieke drags Mark to the clinic for fertility tests, which he fails.
- Boma finally convinced Pascale to move in. Pascale quits the cafe. Bieke, who runs it alone, is supported by the others and hatches a plan to match her mother with her boss at Publitime, Jos Dobbelaere. However, Jos confuses the offer with a date with Bieke. Dimitri likes to see it all happen. He asks his mother for money to buy Boma's property yet again. His mother moves in, pushing out Pol and Doortje despite their lease.
- Xavier's colonel Germain Vandesijpe uses Boma's villa as love nest for his adulterous affair with Pascale's niece Nicole. Vandesijpe asks Boma to act as an intermediary between him and Nicole. When Nicole asks Pascale to do the same, it completes the chaos.
- Seasonal feast is due. It won't be sausages or mussels, this time nothing is certain. Carmen and Pol claim they're gifted in the culinary department. Dimitri plays for juror. Pascale falls in love with her doctor, Jean Mercier.
- A tax auditor is coming over. Boma is able to warn everybody just in time. Doortje is concerned about Pico's black-listed TV's, Oscar is worried about his bags of pretzels and Carmen panics about her job as a cleaning lady at Boma's.

The football field lawn mower has outlived itself, but Boma refuses to pay for a new one. When he wins a cow in a charitable competition, he decides to donate the beast as living mower.
- There's a big fair in town. Dimitri organizes an open house for the occasion while De Kampioenen play a home game. Boma has invited the town's sports deputy. However, some players call in sick. De Kampioenen need an eleventh player.
- Pascale and Doortje like their yoga teacher. As a result, they compete with each other. De Kampioenen participate in a survey. Fernand steals the surveys to pit De Kampioenen against each other.
- A promotion film of the army is to be screened. De Kampioenen all want to play a role in the film.

Pascale wants to hire a waitress, so a jury is formed with Boma, Carmen and Doortje. Pepole push their candidates, like Boma's bimbo Mimi, and Fernand counts on bribery -selling off Carmen's shop stock at the market, assisted disastrously by Marc- and blackmail to win the job himself.
- De Kampioenen have an important match to play, but the new shirts Boma promised haven't arrived yet.
- Carmen learns that Balthazar doesn't have much longer to live. Everyone tries to make Boma as comfortable as possible. Carmen doesn't know the doctor she spoke to on the phone is a veterinarian.
- Dimitri finds a hidden cash box by the roadside, opposite his garage. He picks it up but Doortje spots him. Dimitri forces Doortje to keep mum but soon the regulars find out. Pico and Doortje empathize diligently with their parenting role.
- Dimitri obtains a professional referee license at referee Charlie De Groot. Degroot is to referee a match of De Kampioenen. Dimitri made up a story on Degroot. Pascale suggests Oscar to inform the federation, to prove Degroot is corrupt.
- Pascale conceived a plan to run a tavern. To the dismay of the men who are not allowed to enter with football outfit. Bieke defends them. Pascale is on her own. Hiring an intern seems to be the solution. Dimitri also places an ad, asking for, what he calls, a free worker.
- A football club was punished for hooliganism. It inspires Dimitri to pay thugs Frank and Fred as he plans to have the Kampioenen expelled and buy the pitch. The team, however, anticipates by hiring a steward who turns out to be Carmen's ex Leslie De Decker. Leslie challenges Xavier's marriage.

Dimitri found a bottle containing a red substance in the car of his customer Verachtert. Boma's publicity campaign suffers damage by the situation. He threatens to abandon the team.
- Billie isn't inclined to join the boring church choir as petty mother Doortje wants, until she promises him a motorbike as reward, just what he wants to impress girls. Her real intent is that he should finally meet a decent girl there, but in fact the only one his age is sanctimonious Elizabeth 'Elsie', who only joined to appease mother Coninx, and calls on Billie in her true slutty appearance, so he can demand a macho motorcycle, instead of the lame thing Doortje originally got him, to quit the choir. Fernand hopes to upgrade his junkyard to antiques firm but can't afford to lease posh city promises. His only option is to accept the advances of predecessor Dimitri's bossy crone dragon mother Georgette De Tremmerie-Verreth. She accepts to invest, just to spite Pol, but demands an marriage with exclusive prenuptial, and the club plans to sabotage his wedding plan by pretending Carmen dumped Xavier and is interested in Fernand.
- With the money intended for the rent, Pol buys a ticket for the football game Spain vs Belgium. Trudy, Boma's new secretary, knows more about seducing men than working a desk.
- On Carmen's advice, Boma treats Pascale badly. According to Carmen, this must bring them closer together. Carmen's advice is counterproductive. Pascale pretends she's having a new friend: Pierre.

Fernand wins one accidentally, hears from Xavier and demands a robbery price from his cousin. Unromantic Mark's klutz damages get too much for Bieke, but Pascal convinces her to try a romantic evening, which goes as badly. Chased Mark enjoys helping Boma with Internet, especially on a dating site, where he and Bieke accidentally grow to a date.
- Marc takes part in a protest at the university and spends the night with some fellow students at a sleep-in. In the morning Carmen meets Maaike, a girl Marc was with who returns his gym bag. As she investigates his bag, Carmen gets convinced that Marc is cheating on Bieke.
- De Kampioenen and Fernand fight over the football pitch. The case goes to trial.
- Nottingham Hotspurs, an English football team, wants to play a game against De Kampioenen. The team will travel to England. There is a misunderstanding regarding the agreements and arrangements.
- It's the day of Marc and Bieke's wedding. The men are released from prison after Marc's wild bachelor party. Just in time for the final preparations, which aren't progressing a bit. Nothing goes according to plan. Pascale gets frustrated.
- Oscar and Pascale celebrate their silver anniversary. They think of each other that they forgot about the special day. Therefore they buy the weirdest presents. Bieke and the rest of De Kampioenen prepare a surprise party for her parents.

- Marc's spineless nature frustrates Bieke. She rules Marc will have to man up. If not, he will lose her. Carmen's therapy fails. Marc takes an assertivity course by mental coach Diederik Legrand. He succeeds and changes his attitude. Bieke starts regretting her idea.
- Marc's medical studies keep going nowhere. He considers dropping out which Bieke supports. Pascale doesn't, as her rich sister Madeleine comes to visit. Boma offers Marc a PA job but he fails. Carmen and Doortje help by faking medical problems but expose his incompetence. Pascale entrusts Dimitri to hire him, however, he smells a chance to swindle with Marc an easy target.
- De Kampioenen have a suspicion that Xavier abuses Carmen. Bieke has to lecture in a luxurious hotel in Ostend. Marc needs to deliver her speech, which she had forgotten at home.
- Boma's new cellphone is laughed at until he's called by Constant Vanden Stock, president of RSC Anderlecht. Their veterans challenge them to a match. The women perform as cheerleaders. Boma offers Dimitri to build a stand. Dimitri declines because of the costs for publicity. Instead his rival Van Roost builds it, antagonizing Dimitri.
- Dimitri has the opportunity to become a local car branch manager and he must expand his garage. He wants to buy Boma's soccer pitch. Dimitri and the car branch delegate pit the women against each other to drive a wedge.
- After a visit from his friend Charles, Boma wants to turn the football pitch into a golf course. He gets into a fight with De Kampioenen. Pascale supports Boma's idea until she learns that the canteen will be ignored.
- Bieke can go to the United States for a year. Her parents are against her journey overseas. It's too far away and it costs too much money. De Kampioenen organize a charity football game to raise money for Bieke's journey.
- Mark hears Pol and Doortje talk about a dying child and thinks they're talking about Billie. Unaware they're rehearsing a play, Mark informs De Kampioenen.
- Carmen's dog Nero gets the leading role in a commercial. Carmen fancies herself a movie star. She hires Marc as a bodyguard for Nero.
- The gang wonders what Carmen who refuses to spend on 'follies', destines the price of the fried snacks stands for, and get wind it's plastic surgery, only she means for unwilling Xavier. Tired of Maurice's devotion to his elderly relatives ruining her plans, Pascale lets Bieke persuade her to make him jealous by canceling a date on account of her family. When he insists to meet 'uncle Gilbert', she must hire an actor trough Fernand.
- A colleague replaces Pol when the latter is taking football coaching class. Boma brags to the Mayor that all women faint at his feet. The Mayor wants to get even with Boma.
- When the women find out that DDT is involved in a bribe scandal with the Kampioenen, they think they now have enough money to buy many many clothes. But the story isn't as simple as it looks.
- De Kampioenen find a woman for Fernand so he'd leave Carmen alone. Billie wants to go to camp with Saartje, much against the will of his mother Doortje.
- Marc has to pay attention on Billie but lets him out of his sight. Carmen's parents, Juul and Agnes, are in town. Agnes falls in love with Boma.
- Pol has to spend time with his Doortje's parents and he doesn't want that. Pol feigns a depression.
- Boma is hospitalized in rehab for his sex addiction. Marc and Bieke have a fight.
- Carmen and Maurice participate in a television game show called 'Quix'.
- The men are not amused that their women all swoon over 'hot rock philosopher' Jan Leyers. Billy however gets to interview him for a school assignment, but his girl Saartje gets jealous and mother Doortje can't help monopolizing the hunk. Meanwhile Carmen's fries stand lacks clients, so Mark tries delivering at home.
- Oscar, Doortje, Xavier and Boma have stains on their skin. They think they are flea bites and Carmen's dog Nero gets the blame.
- Xavier is sick and tired of being pushed around. Pol's remark about a clone inspires him to play his identical twin Roger. Dimitri believes Roger founded an African gold mine. He plans to swap his garage for it. Boma wants Xavier and Roger to 'reconcile' as 'they don't have contact anymore'. So Boma appears to get his plan, with Xavier bound to get entwined in his own lies.
- Marc's parents come to visit. Marc hasn't told them that he quit medical school. He pretends he's vice president of Boma's factory and he lives in his villa. Dimitri's afraid he starts to hallucinate as he gets dragged into the charade.
- Pascale has found a new man: a baron. She doesn't want the baron knows that she's running the canteen. To avoid that, she invites him at Boma's place.
- De Kampioenen organize a Saint Nicholas party to lure more fans. Dimitri cancels Pol's colleague from school, who was to be Saint Nicholas, and plays Saint Nicholas himself. Boma brings a new sausage on the market: Boma Light.
- For the decoration and the grand opening of his restaurant, Bernard appeals to Marc and Xavier.
- Xavier goes to work in the army's purchasing department. Boma and Dimitri hope to make profit. When Xavier has collected the money to pay his cafe debts, Bieke thinks that Boma gave Xavier some bribe money.
- Bieke's weird new boss comes meet her in the pub, stirring talk, and lets deliver a top-notch PC, which Fernand -wrong address- eagerly keeps and sells to Pol, then hears it's a third of the price, but gets caught out. Xavier has a shot at promotion, if he passes a shooting range test, so Carmen appoints herself instructor and takes Doortjes' advise to feed him pigeon soup, accidentally giving Fernand opportunity to blackmail her for damage for his 'shot prize doves'.
- Xavier guards Boma's villa to avoid spring cleaning. DDT, unable to repay his victims, desperately tries to save his garage. He distorts a contest and wins a solarium. Dimitri De Tremmerie's last stand.
- Since a couple of days there's been a smell in town. De Kampioenen think the stench comes from Dimitri's leaking gasoline tank. Later on, this turns out to be unjustified. Dimitri pleads not guilty.
- Marc and Bieke move out of Pascale's house. They move to Fernand's antique shop and rent the loft above his shop.
- Xavier reluctantly follows marital orders to take a course and become after hours insurance agent. Fernand is inspired to stage a robbery, antedate the policy and claim a fortune, even Boma takes a regular one and stages hefty damages. The apparent crime wave, duly doubted by Pol and his mates, inspires gullible Doortje and Mark to start a neighborhood watch, which clumsily and accidentally stumbles upon the truth.
- De Kampioenen do a survival training. Bernard is sent as their travel guide.
- Tired of the team's abysmal scores, president Boma hires a mental coach, Frank Casteleyns. He promises to make them all winners in sports and life, but also takes over everyone's lives and spares nobody, a sure recipe for wholesale social disaster. Impressed by the initial results, Fernand actually hires him to become a successful antiques dealer, but is the first to realize his gross attitude-building doesn't actually work on customers except those dumb enough to trust Frank.
- BTW can no longer pay his debts and tries to convince Boma to invest in his restaurant, but Boma refuses. When Fernand fools BTW that "Bij Mij" will get demolished, BTW sells him the restaurant for a song.
- Boma wants to sell Pico to an important soccer-team. Oscar is against the transfer: de Kampioenen will get much worse without Pico.
- During a hygiene check at his sausage factory, Boma's accounts are blocked but he needs cash fast, so everyone gives him odd jobs, with dire results. Smelling an opportunity, Fernand ask his dragon sister Thérèse enough to bid on the soccer field, actually double the sum, but the team decides to sabotage the deal with lies, Pol posing as an unwilling Boma.
- Boma is out of cleaner as Carman cancels after their row resulted in her receiving the friend snacks stand. He treats himself to a 'Valentine present' by hiring Dutch-ignorant Polish applicant Barbara. Alas she turns out a lazy lush and so incompetent that she ends up sabotaging a major meat deal with fellow sleaze Nico De Roo. Now also unemployed, Carmen's former assistant Marc seeks a job to afford a present for Bieke, but looses track.
- Doortje won a trip to an exotic destination but can't go as Pol is to go on a winter trip with his pupils from school. Pol and Doortje make it a bet. Whoever manages to deal with his addiction for three days wins the trip. It is prohibited for Carmen to smoke and for Pascale to eat pralines while Xavier can not drink beer. Boma can't go out with women "for three days". However, his situation gets dire when Pia appears. He promised he'd launch Pia's career as a singer. Boma lets Marc take care of business to not let Pia mess it up for him.
- Pico doesn't agree with the fact that Boma is chairman: there have to be elections.
- Two talent scouts tell DDT they want to buy the soccer ace of De Kampioenen and DDT is all to happy to help them.
- Boma is looking for a new player. He negotiates with KV Vlam to sign Tony Vanleer. Dimitri hires Tony to work in his garage. But then Tony seduces Doortje and Carmen and starts dating out of his league.
- Although buddy Steven wouldn't dream of sacrificing nearly as much for a girlfriend, Billie goes along with hippie flame Moonbeam's vegan obsession. When Doortje 'finds', searching his school bag, unidentified mushrooms the girl gave him, she convinces herself, against Pol's advice, that the knave must have been dragged along in drug abuse. After the vet diagnoses Xavier's parakeet suffers from asthma and points out Carmen's cigars as the cause, she refuses to give up smoking, until bar boasting about character turns that into a matter of dared honor, but her flesh proves weak and her mind far from cooperative when rehab doc Botermans is brought in.
- Boma is furious to see that Carmen replaced his sausages with competitor Grootjans's produce in the 'frituur' (fries-speciliazed snack stand) he owns and lets her lease. After a visiting match, many of Grootjans's visiting football team suffer food poisoning. Federal Health ministry Food agency official Kimpe starts his meticulous investigation in Boma's meat factory, but finds nothing. Boma eagerly suggests Cramen's food stand as next suspect, only to regret so when reminded he's responsible as owner. So he decides to transfer ownership to her before she smells a rat, with surprising results.
- Since Pascale's gone and he's no longer coach of De Kampioenen, Oscar is rather depressed.
- De Kampioenen have to get injected against brain hemorrhage. Pascale however is rather afraid of getting the injection and Fernand, who's about to get an inheritance, misunderstands and think they're trying to kill him.
- Marc temporarily became an auxiliary police officer. Bernard sees new opportunities to annoy De Kampioenen. Boma learns Pascale how to drive. Pascale brakes unexpectedly and causes an accident which also involves a certain Fernand Costermans.
- The soccer boys plan a bachelor night for Marc, behind the meanly-opposed girls' back. Boma is to host and arrange things, but the wives find out and hijack the catering to party at his expense, even divert the stripper.
- Pascale's sister Madeleine and her husband Jerome come visit her on Christmas Eve. Jerome is an alcoholic. Fernand performs as Santa Claus to sell Jerome some of his antique goods.
- De Kampioenen welcome some hippies who are staying on the football pitch.
- Dimitri breaks into the world of exotic meats. However, De Kampioenen suspect that Dimitri is trafficking in women.
- Fernand makes it seem the football pitch is contaminated. However, after examination, Fernand's property turns out to be polluted.
- Bernard's father Bernard-Victor comes to visit his son. Bernard makes his father believe that he's seeing someone new. Bernard-Victor causes problems in the marriage of Carmen and Xavier.
- Carmen has won a radio contest: a weekend trip off the coast and a concert of Julio Iglesias and The Chippendales. She asks Doortje, Pascale and Bieke to go with her. It's Oscar's birthday. When the cats are away, the men are having fun.
- Bieke, Boma, Bernard and Carmen all want to star in a television show on a regional TV channel. Karl Vermeire, the owner of the channel, seduces Bieke.
- Boma presents an award to the best player of the team. Bernard uses the contest to pit De Kampioenen against each other. He wants to buy the football pitch and expand his restaurant in order to get a star in the prestigious Guide Michelin.
- Marc should get a serious job. However, he messes up his first job interview. Fernand turns Carmen and Xavier against one another. He tells Carmen that Xavier is gay now. When Xavier learns this, he plays along to get back at Fernand.
- Billie has set his heart on dating older school slut Saartje Dubois, but ma Doortje even turns on Pol for failing to help talk his stepson out of such a cheap floozy, ignoring she's also Pascale's niece. Bieke's slick womanizing ex Stijn Dierickx still has an eye on her and dares present her as his fiancee while winning everybody over by posing in various enviable careers, while unsuspecting klutz Mark sabotages her efforts to dodge his rival.
- De Kampioenen have a new striker, Julien. Julien brings his family along but they aren't quite gentle. Pascale's rich sister Madeleine comes to visit her. Pascale worries about this, now that Julien's socially outcast family is around.
- Pascale bought an antique cupboard without telling it to Oscar. With the same money, Oscar got himself a new camcorder.
- Doortje caught Pico flirting at the prom and seeks comfort with Oscar and Pascale. Oscar lies to Pico about his wife's whereabouts. Pico sleeps on Carmen's couch. Xavier returns from night shift and thinks Pico is sleeping with his wife.
- Pascale breaks up with Boma. Bernard seems to have his eye on her, but also on Bieke.
- Pascale and Maurice go hunting. Marc's twin brother Bart pays De Kampioenen a visit.
- In intention to make their lovers jealous, Boma en Doortje fake they have a relationship. Their plan seems to work, however Pol doesn't want to believe it.
- Carmen wants to take over the newsagent's store. Xavier is opposed to that idea. Carmen temporarily leaves Xavier to get her way. She stays with Pol and Doortje and she disguises as 'Daisy'. Xavier and Dimitri fall in love with 'Daisy'.
- Carmen,s washing machine is broken and Xavier must fix it.
- Business is going tough for Dimitri. Even his regular customers are running off to another popular garage in town. Doortje is afraid of losing her job. De Kampioenen have big plans with Dimitri's garage.
- De Kampioenen organize a successful raffle. Pol doesn't have the money to buy Doortje a Valentine's Day present. When the club's money box turns out to be empty, everyone suspects Pol of theft.
- Boma has been working on a very special project, acting mysterious about it. Pol receives the message that he will inherit from an African tribal chief, who's life he saved. Pol and Doortje decide they will save the money but are counting their chickens before they are hatched, even fighting over the inheritance themselves.
- Now Oscar has left, Boma proclaims himself trainer of De Kampioenen. Doortje and Pico are divorced. Pico moved out of town and is no longer a player of F.C. De Kampioenen. DDT gets a visit of Pol, his cousin who just returned from Africa.
- Doortje goes to see her gynecologist and since she says 'doctor', Dimitri thinks Pico abuses her. Doortje calls Pascale about what her doctor said. Oscar hears a few things and mistakenly thinks he made Pascale pregnant again.
- After Marc got attacked by a customer who got ill of eating Bomasausage, Xavier and Marc try to find a way to make them edible. Meanwhile, Pascale's living gets redecorated. Boma has hired a certain Maurice to finish the job.
- Pascale and Maurice travel to the Ardennes. Fernand and Boma keep a close watch on them. Marc replaces Pol as coach.
- Pascale wants that Bieke and Marc get married. Bernard tries to connect Marc and Doortje.
- De Kampioenen find out Boma wants to sell the soccer field.
- Pico is going to try to break a cycling endurance record in order to collect money for De Kampioenen.
- Mark and Bieke have a marital row, atypically landing them in different bedrooms, over her meanly bossy refusal to find a way to repair or replace his beloved beetle car Bolleke ('little round one'). As that's also a vernacular term for a baby, mother in law Pascale thinks he finally wants to give her a grandchild and spares no effort to champion his presumed cause. Meanwhile Fernand smells a profit from selling the dufus an overpriced second-rate 'second hand' motor, but Pol and Fernand genuinely seek a fair solution.
- Marc Vertongen from Radio Hallo hears that Bieke is single again. He wants to grab his chance, but that isn't as easy as he thought.
- Carmen seems to be tired of Xavier's parakeets. When he's on a military training, Xavier gets them of the house since he is afraid Carmen would do them harm. Bieke offers Xavier to take his birds in.
- When Bieke is 'over time' with an article, De Kampioenen think she is pregnant. Due to a misunderstanding, Marc thinks that Bieke is pregnant with another man's baby.
- De Kampioenen want to recapture a lottery ticket, which Xavier gave to Dimitri as collateral. Meanwhile, Boma tries to impress Bieke, to ensure that she won't be getting in the way of his relationship with her mother anymore.
- Boma makes room for an extra hour of air time on Radio Hallo. Several candidates step forward. Dimitri wants to make publicity for his garage. Bieke wants a lifestyle program, Carmen a reality show and Oscar a talk show on football.
- Xavier takes dancing lesson from Doortje to surprise his wife Carmen. Howver the attempt to hide his first tango passes starts wild rumors that dance pupil and instructor have an affair, rousing jealousy from Pico and Carmen.
- Xavier really seems to have lost all sexual interest in Carmen, so after badly following Boma's seduction advice, she throws him out. Pascal takes him in, offering the couch, but he soon gets to bunk with Mark, who soon regrets that on account of snoring. Meanxhile would be-handyman Mark completely wrecked Pascal's won bed.
- Marc wants to propose to Bieke. Accidents need to happen first.
- Boma looks for a new secretary. Pascale and Doortje are both candidates. Carmen is furious. As Boma's cleaning lady, she thinks that she's the only rightful secretary. As a result, Carmen goes to work for Dimitri.
- Doortje is angry because Pico is always busy in soccer. Meanwhile, Carmen gets furious when Xavier fails once again for his promotion examination.
- Boma is sick and tired of the team defense and requests a few words from Oscar. Boma complains on the latest performances of goalkeeper Xavier. Boma thinks Xavier is the scapegoat for the bad results.
- Pol receives perfumed letters from Africa. Carmen thinks Pol deceives Doortje. Meanwhile, Dimitri taps the power lines.
- Billie has taken up the 'noble art of boxing' to impress his latest girl Lizzie, a relative of retired Belgian ring star Freddy De Kerpel. Pol and Boma gives their blessing to the manly pastime, but his black eye after a single sparring day starts Doortje on a crusade against such 'barbary' all the way to jail. Maurice promises to move n with Pascale and his mother agrees to enter a seniors home, but there's a long waiting list. The mayor promises his loyal assistant Maurice to get her on top of the list, but Boma, who still hopes to snatch impatient Pascale from his rival, convinces his political mate to reverse that, albeit with an outcome nobody hoped for.
- Still on the cruise ship, Bieke is unhappy with Mark who has to work on board, Pascal wants to bring the two together, Olivier (who works on the ship) tries to sweet talk Bieke, Pol works out and Maurice films everything all the time.
- Marc keeps messing up job applications and Bieke meanly opposes him waiting tables at mother's. Finally he's hired as cook in rival football club's mess, but the foxy manager lures all customers there and Bieke's jealousy strikes again. Fernand goes missing. Pascale bugs Maurice beyond his patience over the secretive content of his locker.
- Coach Pol cancels the team's season break to catch up, which infuriates the wives, who planned holidays for long. Fearing Bieke's blunt ultimatum 'me or them' and Marc's naive loyalty to the team is about to wreck their marriage, Pascale pays for a romantic honeymoon-catchup cruise. Carmen having injured her leg during flamenco practice with Xavier and Pol being blamed for the whole break idea at threat of bed strike, it's canceled and both couples book the same cruise. Hearing Boma arranged for Marc to be hired aboard as singers Hugo and Nicole's comical MC, with himself a freeloading 'agent', Pascale fears that's a worse marriage-wrecker and books for her and Maurice too.
- Pol finally convinces Doortje to give son Billie's latest infatuation a chance, only this time it's no girlfriend but a pet rat, albeit for a girl's sake. After Pascale plays a costly dirty trick on 'littering' Fernand, he decides to sabotage her business with cockroaches and the health inspector, Bomas' nightmare. Then they hear about a 'best neighbor' competition with a fat cash price.
- The football team is in danger of losing its municipal subsidy, due to abysmal attendance. The sports alderman demands proof of popular support, which won't work unless the team can sell membership cards to make up for lacking spectators. The operation proves dangerous, due to grumpy people and grim guard dogs, but the same goes for Fernand's sabotage plans.
- The football club coffers are empty, so president Boma insists to raise money and accepts to follow the fire department's example and sell calendars, but spice it up like in the movie 'Calendar Girls' by featuring female nudes. Fearing the players' wives aren't fresh enough to sell well, the boys decide to secretly recruit younger foxes, but neither Boma's contacts nor seductive approaches in the mall yield more then rudeness or worse, so they grudgingly settle for their own girls. Mark is overheard telling so to Fernand, who is flogging a schoolmate-printer's freely gifted last year calendars, so the vindictive bunch decides instead to pose for an alternative calendar and dare the men to pose on the club calendar.
- Billie struggles with a history test, hears Pol curse school-kids should quit school as they learn nothing and 'promises to'. Pol being busy and Doortje having taken on a Chinese course, he gets tutored by idiot Mark and sleaze Boma 'their way', until his foxy classmate Liesje is welcomed, even begged to take over. Maurice's tireless devotion to is mother and the old winer get too much for Pascale, who drags him to a quack's 'smashing therapy', which sounds like a goldmine to fake antiques dealer Fernand.
- Pol spares no effort to help class pupil Debbie who claims to be evicted by her parents for pregnancy, but it's only a crush ploy and soon starts a series of misunderstandings making even his team side with 'cheated-on' Doortje. Fernand thinks to get a great deal when a pauper offers him two statues from a famous sculptor, but when he reads in the paper of a suspiciously similar pair, desperately tries to sell them or collect a reward by 'discovering' them in tenants Marc and Bieke's home.
- The mayor organizes a cycling competition. Pol is entered to win the prize for the empty club coffers, but his bicycle is stolen by Fernand, who fears his competition flight pigeons will be upset and sells it to Carmen, who decided to try herself. Finding that won't work as former Tour de France-winner Ludo Dierckxsens lets Pol borrow his carbon bike, Fernand resorts to secretly doping Pol's drink and anonymously reports it to the Ministry. Maurice's mysterious 'old friend' Vera and messed-up route indications overhaul everything.
- Billy has to do a business project with Tiffany, a nerdy girl who likes him, in order not to fail a subject at school.
- Xavier's army unit is about to be deployed to Afghanistan, but he dares not tell Carmen, who soon finds the standard issue condoms in his backpack and assumes an affair. Given Pascale's disillusion about living with studious rather then romantic Maurice and his troublesome mother, rival Balthazar makes her jealous by presenting,g to the team his foxy new date, fellow entrepreneur Machteld Verstraeten.
- When the nearby Trappist (Cistercian) abbey holds a beer course and competition, 'thirst' and wives' ambition for the 'historical accommodation arrangement' prize motivate Xavier, Fernand and reluctant Maurice to enter, Pol's refusal sees Doortje partake instead. With Bieke to a convention for three days, former pub employer Willeke, just dumped by hunky lover Kevin, assumes him single and moves shamelessly, yet fruitlessly. Contestants wriggling to win or get out, hospitable organizing monks and home-front are up for their own successive disappointments.
- Billie desperately wants to move out into a student flat with his mate Jeroen. Father Pol and the team gang agree the knave should experience some independence, but Doortje uses his messy room as excuse t claim he's not ready. So the gang promises to help him 'prove' otherwise, with mark as ghost cook and the Waterslaeghers couple as cleaning detail. Fernand hopes fro a profit as intermediary in the flat rental, but Doortje and Pascal, who sympathizes as fellow overprotective parent, aren't easily fooled.
- The eternal losers team is finally nominated for a prize: the municipal fair play award. Being a wellness weekend for two, it becomes the stake of a fierce competition, which will be settled by quiz, to be organized by Maurice. Many efforts are made, generally frustrated. Carmen meanwhile resolves to win a doggy dance prize herself, but lapdog Nero is utterly unsuited, so she jumps at an experienced dancer being disabled herself to train with her shepherd dog.
- To win 5,000 Euro, Carmen, Pol (helped by Xavier) and Fernand want to pilfer from Marc what the sound is that has to be guessed in his radio show.
- The local middle classes union is looking for someone to play Santa Clause. He who gets the job, gets subsidy for his club. Meanwhile, Doortje wants to move.
- Pol has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: He can go to a top match in Spain for only 750 euros. But Doortje won't let him buy it from their savings.
- Bieke is pregnant and Pascale finds out Maman (who has died) owned a castle.
- After the Radio Hallo studio burns down because of birdbrain present Mark's candles for a romantic requests program, Boma buys new equipment but refuses to keep the incompetent idiot on. Alas, the girls he hired prove no broadcasting professionals but nymphomaniacs with hideous accents. Rating plummet, even among Bomas' staff, so he turns to godson Billie to target a juvenile audience, but his on air pranks advice also proves costly. Mark meanwhile naively postulates for inexistent jobs on national radio, but is hired by Boma's sworn rival Grootjans.
- Fernand realizes he can't beat smart Maurice or the municipality he works for and needs his help to solve his dove cot permit problem. So he hopes to make him into a friend, but finds him impossible to bribe, the only chance is a fancy dinner, which the ruffian's appalling table manners ruin. Given Bieke's pregnancy, utter klutz Mark is told to take a fathering course.
- Xazvier is desperate to avoid early retirement from the army to worse drill instructor Carmen, but must prove himself as drill instructor under bully lieutenant De Decker. To Boma's horror, Carmen cancels her cleaning job and resolves to start a day car crèche. Mark believes a radio spot 'the fatherland needs you' a joins a three days recruit test crash course, alas in Xavier's section. Pregnancy hormones render Bieke utterly insufferable, to the point of impulsively canceling her job, while Pascale and other rival to become the baby's godmother, despite Pol's financial reservations.
- Boma says he'll stop sponsoring the team. To everybody's surprise, Fernand offers to be the new sponsor.
- Pregnant Bieke bitches clueless Mark until he moves out temporarily. Boma's advice to make up with a sexy gift, lingerie, until yields a spicy modeling scene, as she feels ridiculed with her present hippo-size. Their incessant fights and the prospect of a noisy baby make Fernand hope for a better-off tenant, Fons, so he inspires Mark to divorce Bieke 'for both of their happiness'.
- When she reads that one third of the men whose wife is pregnant is unfaithful, Carmen decides to expose Mark.
- Mark is just surprised that Bieke's delivery isn't exactly after nine months, the gang keeps inquiring, Pascal bombards them with old wives 'remedies'. Jealous of pigeon race mate Fons's Hawaii trip, Fernand decides to scam the money by collecting for a birth present from the football club. Nothing goes as anyone planned.
- While Xavier is on flood relief duty in the Ardennes, Carmen decides to prepare a sexy surprise by taking a police dancing course, eagerly 'coached' by nightclub experts Boma and the mayor. Maurice volunteers to install a pole in the Waterslaeghers home, but Fernand thinks they're having an affair with Pascale's blessing. Just fired a zoo animal handler, Mark tries as DJ 'Simpson' for Fierens' event company, but only convinces his first clients to cancel their wedding due to musical incompatibility.
- Pascale and Maurice want to close the café one more day every week. De Kampioenen aren't happy with this. Meanwhile Xavier is looking for an extra job.
- Still wining that Pol, too sensible to aspire another baby at their age, is "heartless", Doortje believes Bieke's absurd claim that her hopeless klutz mark is the ideal 'new man'. Carmen immediately jumps in, demanding that Xavier 'understands' and spoils her even more. Pol declares to accept the 'dare', but resolves to show the disadvantages when a traditional husband turns girlish. Fernand meanwhile seeks a cheap wife, de-facto free maid, by appeal on Mark's radio show, but mentioning his imaginary 'seven poor kids' attracts nurturing widow nurse Martje, who seems perfect except she demands to meet his offspring, leaving the crook open to juvenile blackmail.
- Without consulting the parents, godmother Pascale organizes a grand christening party for Pauline, or as Maurice mumbles, for her own posh sister Madelaine. Nero, whom Xavier was to ind while working in the pub, ruins the Louis XV seat that was to crown the show, so Fernand sells her one supposedly from king Boudewijn's estate, but then a customer bids double the price she already gave an advance on. The christening and various guests keep getting into trouble.
- Marc starts out as a consultant. Doortje, in the wake of Marc, starts out as a new age therapist.
- Boma wants to conquer Japan and launches a new creation: the Boma Sushi sausage.
- Fernand needs the Kampioenen to move some things in his store. When it seems that nobody wants to help, he says that he hurt his back very much. Meanwhile Pascale thinks that Xavier is falling in love with her.
- Fernand sells Marc a 'pet' pony called Tony as a gift for Paulien, to the annoyance of Bieke. Tony turns out to be worth a lot of money and Fernand wants the pony back. Doortje doesn't want that Pol debriefs the team in the canteen anymore.
- Xavier is fired from the pub just because he didn't realize the beer order he accepted was tenfold the need The mayor is looking for fire department recruits, which Maurice volunteers to train. Xavier applies for the money, Marc out of interest. Po meanwhile welcomes Family plan 'adoptive daughter' Marie-Josée Sanou's visit, although the letter arrives from Burkina Fasso only hours before her and he's living in a mobile home. Doortje gets viciously jealous and moves to Pascale's.
- Pol and Doortje are kicked out of their apartment. They look for a new home. Marc is sentenced to community service because of a traffic offense and ends up at the city hall. Marc causes one accident after the other and drives Maurice mad.
- Six months after the death of Xavier Waterslaeghers, the remaining core of F.C. De Kampioenen holds a Christmas party at the cafe. Fernand and DDT are invited as well, but are too stingy to pay for food and Christmas gifts.
- A street is to be named after Boma. Boma insists on this since his rival Jean-Luc Grootjans already had a plaza named after him. Marc has to lend Boma a hand.
- Boma accepts his sister Bertha's proposal to run a reindeer farm in Canada. De Kampioenen are against this plan and do everything to stop him. De Kampioenen search for a spouse through a battle to elect 'Mrs. Boma'.
- Marc's customized light-blue classic Fiat 500 is tore up. Bieke wants to buy a new, more spacious family car. Eventually, Marc buys a new classic Fiat 500 behind Bieke's back. Meanwhile, Boma keeps trying to win Goedele's heart.
- Pol and Doortje have bought a new house. Boma's girlfriend Goedele meets 'de Kampioenen'.
- Pol gets fired and Maurice becomes the new trainer.
