Phillip Garth Law was born on 21 April 1912 in Tallangatta, Victoria, Australia. He was a cinematographer and director, known for Blue Ice (1954), Antarctic Pioneers (1962) and Antarctic Vigil (1952). He was married to Nel Allan. He died on 28 February 2010 in Melbourne, Australia.
