Maryna Biletska grew up in a small city called Cherkasy in Ukraine. Her father left to join a cult before she was born, so she grew up with a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide enough for themselves to get by. Her mother met her step-dad when Maryna was 4. She lived with them until she turned 18. Spending a lot of time writing poetry and music was Maryna's favorite hobby. Dreaming of being free, America seemed like the best place to be. The opportunity arose when she was 18 through the "work and travel" program at her university that took her to New York City, leaving her small town behind. Maryna received two bachelor degrees, one in applied linguistics and one in tour management/ hospitality. She went to music college as well, where she was learning stage performance and improving her music skills. In 2017 she was participating in Ukrainian Voice Tv show and got noticed by Michael Angelo Batio's tour manager, who offered her to join the band on their European tour. Maryna moved to United States in 2018 as an artist and currently obtained her green card. While she was on tour with Michael Batio, Maryna decided to switch from rock music to pop/electronic. In two years she released 4 songs and 1 music video as BILETSKA, and 9 songs in the band Cosmo Santo. In 2022 Maryna signed a deal with Fine Gold Music - a multi-faceted boutique music firm based in NYC. She's wrapping up her EP(March 2023) for her solo project BILETSKA, and working on new music with pop/punk/electronic producer Matt Harris. In March of 2023 Maryna got signed with Top Talent Management and is trying her hand at acting as well.- Writer
