Born on February 17, 1937 in Biloxi, Mississippi, Mary Ann Mobley is one of the few Miss Americas to have true success as an actress or television personality (the others are Barnaby Jones (1973) beauty Lee Meriwether, television hostess Phyllis George, Consumer advocate/game show panelist Bess Myerson and Eraser (1996) heroine Vanessa Williams). After serving as Miss America 1959, Mobley soon became a sought-after guest star in episodic television of the 1960s, appearing on many hit series of that era - Perry Mason (1957), Mission: Impossible (1966), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964), The Virginian (1962), to name a few. Her most important contribution to 1960s popular culture, though, was appearing opposite Elvis Presley in two films - Harum Scarum (1965) and Girl Happy (1965). Her success in film led to a 1965 Golden Globe for Most Promising Newcomer, an award she shared with Mia Farrow and Celia Milius. She also starred in a number of other B-movies of the 1960s, such as Get Yourself a College Girl (1964) and For Singles Only (1968).
Her television and film output decreased in the 1970s as she raised her daughter, Clancy Collins White, with her husband, Gary Collins. During that decade, her television appearances were mostly guest roles on series such as the iconic series Love, American Style (1969), Fantasy Island (1977), The Love Boat (1977) and the game show Match Game (1973), on which she was a frequent panelist alongside such other famous wiseacres as Betty White, Brett Somers, Patti Deutsch and Charles Nelson Reilly. She and Collins also appeared a number of times performing death-defying high-wire acts and other athletic, outrageous stunts on the annual television event Circus of the Stars (1977).
In the 1980s, she starred as stepmother "Maggie McKinney" in the final season of Diff'rent Strokes (1978), appeared in a recurring role as alcoholism counselor "Dr. Beth Everdene" on the prime-time soap opera Falcon Crest (1981) and continued to pop-up as a guest star on series like Hotel (1983) and Matt Houston (1982) and game shows like The Hollywood Squares (Daytime) (1965) and Body Language (1983). She also acted as her husband's frequent guest co-host on his successful talk shows Hour Magazine (1980) and The Home Show (1988), as well as on installments of the Miss America Pageant. In the 1990s, she made guest appearances on the sitcoms Designing Women (1986), Hearts Afire (1992), Hardball (1994) and Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996). She and Collins were also hosts of an oft-run late 1990s television infomercial for "SelectComfort", a specialty bed product. Also during the 1990s, she toured in the popular play, "Love Letters", with her husband, and performed a cabaret act at the Cinegrill in Hollywood.
Mary Ann and other "Match Game"/"Hollywood Squares" regulars of the 1970s and 1980s (such as Charo, Nipsey Russell, Paul Lynde and Jo Anne Worley) were riotously spoofed on Saturday Night Live (1975) in a 2002 game show sketch called "Super Buzzers" with Tina Fey playing Mary Ann. Mary Ann and her husband soon got a chance to demonstrate their own good humor, appearing as themselves in a satiric infomercial parody on the Showtime series Dead Like Me (2003) in 2003 (the fake infomercial was for a no-effort body-toning contraption - which spontaneously combusts!).- Brenda Venus was born on 10 November 1947 in Biloxi, Mississippi, USA. She is an actress, known for 48 Hrs. (1982), Deathsport (1978) and The Eiger Sanction (1975).

His father is of Mexican (Spanish and Native American) descent and his mother is of Danish and French Canadian descent. Joshua started acting when he was 18 years old, which is when he booked his first job, Dark Angel (2000), starring his sister Jessica. Born in Biloxi, Mississippi but raised in Chicago, Illinois, Tanesha sang as a child in the church choir and was blessed with a rare opportunity to sing with Gospel legend Mahalia Jackson.
Tanesha dreamed of being a performer as early as the first grade. She pursued those dreams and honed her talent while attending Western Illinois University majoring in Theatre and Mass Communications. At Western Illinois, she met and befriended versatile character actor Michael Boatman. They remain fond acquaintances to this day. After graduation her journey soon brought her to New York City.
While rooming with a townhouse full of other aspiring artists in Brooklyn and waiting tables in roller skates at Ed Debevics, casting agent Todd Thaler gave Tanesha her first big break that would earn her a SAG card. She was cast a "Singing Nurse" in "Mr. Wonderful" starring Matt Dillon and Annabella Sciorra, directed by Anthony Minghella.
Tanesha has always been concerned with inspiring our youth and giving back. She joined the "City Kids" project in the 1990's and worked with the organization along side fellow alumni and actors: Malik Yoba, Lisa Nicole Carson and Donald Faison among others.
Acting and singing have always gone hand in hand with Tanesha. She focused her energy on singing and found herself in an R&B Pop girl group signed by Capital Records named "The Earth Gyrlz". The album was entitled "Fully Equipped" and the 1st single was titled "Love of Mine". Unfortunately the Capital Records relationship was short lived but not before the group was flown the L.A. to perform on "Soul Train" with Don Cornelius.
The life of a performer is truly like a roller-coaster with it's ups and downs. When one door closes another door opens. After her Capital Records experience, Musical Theatre afforded Tanesha an opportunity to leave the country. Tap Dancer, Choreographer, Director Maurice Hines was developing a traveling show for Europe. The musical revue was loosely based on "Alice in Wonderland" and was entitled "Yo, Alice!" Tanesha was cast in the production and featured as a "Fluff Girl". The show ran in Amsterdam at "Show Biz City" for an entire year.
Upon returning to New York,Tanesha was blessed to find work acting and singing. She landed an assortment of national and regional commercial spots for Mr. Clean, TD Bank, Lending Tree and was a singing angel for Philly Cream Cheese along side future "Pussy Cat Doll", Carmit Bachar.
Tanesha was cast in a Spike Lee Joint in 2000. She is almost unrecognizable in black face for the controversial film "Bamboozled" starring Damon Wayans, Savion Glover, Jada Pinkett Smith and Tommy Davidson.
Musical theatre has been a main stay through the years for Tanesha and she has been in numerous productions Off-Broadway and Regionally. Her first Broadway show came in 2004 when she was cast in Tony Kushner's Tony nominated new musical "Caroline or Change" directed by George C. Wolf.
Recently Tanesha has been blessed to be involved in the development of two new musicals: "This One Girl's Story", by Bil Wright directed by Devanand Janki and "The Last Word", written by Kevin Ray, Josh Sohn and Suellen Vance.
Tanesha's most recent featured film role can be found in the Award winning independent short "The Cycle" inspired by a true story, produced and directed by Roy Clovis Jr. for Mundo Loco Films. It toured the Film Festival circuit and was broadcast on HBO during Black History Month in 2011.
To give back,Tanesha has donated her time and continues to be a part of the non profit organization and Grammy nominated "Broadway Inspirational Voices", directed and founded in 1999 by Michael McElroy. It's a star studded assortment of former and current Broadway performers as varied as: Phylicia Rachad, Montego Glover and Adriane Lenox.- Kitty Summerall was born in Biloxi, Mississippi. She attended school in the South and college in New York and in Europe. Becoming a world-traveler, Kitty modeled in New York City and through agents in Paris, France, and in London, England, and in Denmark and Germany. She has always maintained bands, since music was her first love, and records with various musicians.
While in NYC, Kitty was asked by numerous directors to act in films, and she declined most offers citing music as her main interest, but when Richard Hell, with whom Kitty was singing back-ups on recordings like "Don't Die" by Richard Hell & The Voidoids as the Neon Boys, asked Kitty to read for the part of Marcie in Susan Seidelman's Smithereens (1982), explaining that Susan had already read over 250 girls for the part, Kitty accepted, read, and was hired on the spot to play the wife of Richard Hell's character. She agreed to act so that she could provide the music for "Smithereens". After Kitty's acting was so well-received, and "Smithereens" was chosen as the very first Independent Film to be honored at the Main Competition of the Cannes Film Festival as well as in many other world film festivals, Kitty became known first as an actress, although her music continues to be her main inspiration and career.
Kitty Summerall's iconic "High Times Magazine" cover was issued between covers of Mick Jagger and of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Acting in two more films, Special Effects (1984) and Perfect Strangers (1984) (and in other more independents, not listed here), Kitty Summerall began to focus again on travel and music, lived on several continents and explored many types of music. Kitty will be performing in New York in the coming months, and her new music will be available soon. - Actor

Kenneth Paul Irwin II, known as tha K-MAN to the music world, was born December 9, 1981 in Biloxi, MS. He is the son of a plumber, whom he was named after, and Janet Caldwell. Kenneth's father was of Irish, Scottish and Northwestern European decent, and Kenneth's mother of possible Iberian & Southern European decent. At less than a year old, Kenneth lost most use of his left side due to an accident that sent his head colliding into a hard table. Throughout life, however, he would learn to gain partial use back. After his parent's marriage dissolved when he was two years of age, Kenneth would live with his father, who raised him, with the help of Kenneth Sr's parents, until after high school. Though they would stay connected, the bond was not as strong with Kenneth and his mother as it was between him and his paternal grandparents.
Throughout his schooling, though shy and mostly quiet, Kenneth never had trouble making friends. He would, however keep his connections small. Always attracted to some sort of art, he took art classes every year of high school. It was in his final year of high school, while taking a randomly picked "Creative Writing" class, Kenneth would discover his love of creating and writing stories, poems, and music. It would be three years after graduating from Biloxi High, that he tried his first attempt of book publishing. Though it was eventually a failed attempted, after the publisher owner committed a fraud against the publishing company, Kenneth never gave up on the creative process. Eventually, in 2009, Kenneth would self-publish another story of his, entitled "Wild Run". The book would be released worldwide, with sales as far in the UK and Malaysia.
It would not be until 2010 that Kenneth would fall into the world of film making. It was after being invited to film behind the scenes footage for a local indie artist's music video that his talent behind the camera was near impeccable. With the love of Kenneth's footage, he would later be asked to do filming for the artist's other music videos. That moment would be the door opener for future video work for Kenneth, including a music commercial for the now defunct Taiwan clothing company, Kiismet. Most earlier works, starting in 2010, would be under a company name, of his founding, known as K2 Visuals. After moving to Portland, Oregon in 2015, the name would be changed to Breaking Boundaries Enterprises.
Kenneth is no stranger to being in front of the camera, either. In 2012, with the release of his first ever hip-hop/rap single, "Calm Before the Storm" (under the stage name of tha K-MAN), Kenneth would write, direct, star, and produce his own music video for the song. The video idea came from a partial film script he had wrote two years prior. He would once again go in front of the camera for his first documentary that he directed and produced, "Veterans UnAffairs: The Frank Gann Story". The documentary, about a local Veteran, and Kenneth's video mentor, was released, online, on Veteran's Day of 2014.
He would also make quick appearances, as an extra, in Adley Stump's 2014 music video, "Like This", "ESPN College Game Day" 2013 commercial, which included Big and Rich, Cowboy Troy, and Lzzy Hale, and the 2016 "Oregon Fair" commercial.
Kenneth, under the stage name of tha K-MAN, has released a six song album, plus multiple singles. Though all his songs have a personal touch, be it self experiences or those he witnessed of other people, Kenneth's most personal song was "Final Good-bye". The 2016 song was written by Kenneth, and dedicated to his father, who passed away in 2014 of a drug overdose. It was his way of saying the good-bye that he never got to express in real life. The song also spoke on two other times in Kenneth's life as well- Including the lose of a good friend, and a girlfriend.
In the Holiday Season of 2018, Kenneth would release his first Christmas instrumental, "Timeless Memory".- Michelle Gaudreau was born on 23 November 1963 in Biloxi, Mississippi, USA. She was an actress, known for Guns on the Clackamas: A Documentary (1995), The 11th Hour (1995) and Dream a Little Evil (1990). She died on 13 April 2014 in Portland, Oregon, USA.

Steven T. Seagle is an American professional writer from Biloxi, Mississippi, who has worked extensively in the fields of animation and comics. He was a founding member of the writer collective "Man of Action Entertainment", joining forces with fellow writers Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, and Duncan Rouleau. They were the creators of the popular animated series "Ben 10" (2005-2008), which has spawned several sequel series. Seagle has served as a college instructor for Ball State University, Pasadena City College, and Mt. San Antonio College.
In 1965, Seagle was born in Biloxi, Mississippi. The city houses the Keesler Air Force Base, and serves as a base for both the 81st Training Wing and the 403d Wing of the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Seagle's father was Jack Seagle, a member of the United States Air Force. Due to his father's military career, the Seagle family moved frequently. Seagle was partially raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as his father was twice transferred to the nearby United States Air Force Academy.
Seagle was introduced to comic books c. 1971, when his mother purchased an issue of "Spider-Man" as a gift for Seagle's brother and an issue of the "Avengers" for Seagle himself. By chance, Seagle's introduction to Marvel Comics' stories was the "Kree-Skrull War" story-line, a space opera story depicting conflict between two rival space-faring races of aliens. By 1978, Seagle started collecting comics as a hobby. His favorite title were the "X-Men", where he enjoyed stories by Chris Claremont and John Byrne.
Following his father's retirement from the Air Force, Seagle and his family moved back to Colorado Springs. Seagle received his secondary education at Coronado High School, within Colorado Springs. During his high school years, Seagle was an amateur musician. He participated in a marching band, an orchestra, a jazz band, and a group of chamber singers. As a summer job, Seagle worked at Flying W Ranch. It was a working cattle ranch, active from 1953 to 2012.
Seagle started working as a comic book writer in the late 1980s. His first notable work was the black-and-white mini-series "Kafka" (1987) for the short-lived publisher Renegade Press (1984-1989).The series was well-received, and was nominated for an Eisner Award. He subsequently created the unrelated mini-series "The Amazon" (1989) for Comico. In 1991, Seagle published the one-shot comic book "In Thin Air: The Mystery of Amelia Earhart ". It was inspired by the mysterious disappearance of aviator Amelia Earhart in 1937.
Following a hiatus of a few years, Seagle emerged as a new writer for Wildstorm in 1994. He wrote stories for the team books "WildC.A.T.s" and "Stormwatch", at a time when "WildC.A.T.s" was a flagship title for the company. He also wrote solo stories for popular characters from WildC.A.T.s, in particular the telepath Voodoo/Priscilla Kitaen, the immortal warrior Zealot/Lady Zannah, and the renegade spy Grifter/Cole Cash.
Also in 1994, Seagle started contributing stories to DC Comics, one of the dominant publishers of American comic books. His early contributions included a two-part story for the Justice League and two stories for a revamped version of Hawkman. He found more success as one of the main writers for the retro series "Sandman Mystery Theatre" (1993-1999), chronicling the early adventures of vigilante Sandman/Wesley Dodds in the late 1930s. Seagle remained as one of the series' main writers from 1994 to 1999. The series often took inspiration from real social problems and political issues of the interwar period, and was praised for its mature storytelling. Seagle was twice nominated for Eisner Awards for his work in the series, raising his reputation in the industry.
Seagle soon had the opportunity to work for Marvel Comics as well. In the winter of 1997, Seagle replaced Scott Lobdell as the main writer of the "Uncanny X-Men". His debut issue was #350, featuring a trial of Gambit/Remy LeBeau for past crimes. With his teammates shocked to learn that he had once served their archenemy Mister Sinister/Nathaniel Essex, and that he had unwittingly served as an associate member of the villainous Marauders in a massacre. Seagle thus concluded Lobdell's long-running story-line concerning Gambit's shady past. Seagle continued writing the series from 1997 to 1999, though he was not able to conclude some of the subplots which he had introduced.
In 2000, Seagle co-founded the writer collective "Man of Action Entertainment", with other experienced comic book writers. Their first major assignment was writing the script for the role-playing video game "X-Men Legends" (2004) which made use of several major and minor characters of the X-Men franchise. The co-writers chose Magma/Alison Crestmere as the game's lead character, because they wanted a chance to flesh out an underused character from the comics. The game sold well, soon receiving its own sequel. It was also cited as an inspiration for another video game project y Marvel, "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance".
In 2005, Seagle and his writing partners concluded their years of work on the basic premise and script for their first animated series "Ben 10" (2005-2008). The series was produced by Cartoon Network, with animation provided by the Cartoon Network Studios. It introduced the character of Benjamin "Ben" Tennyson as a young human boy who could shape-shift into powerful alien forms. The de facto co-protagonist was Ben's cousin Gwendolyn "Gwen" Tennyson, a highly intelligent girl with innate magical powers. The series was a hit of its era, lasting for 4 seasons and 52 episodes. A number of sequel series introduced various different incarnations of Ben and Gwen over the following decade. Seagle has often provided input for the sequels, though other writers were credited with their development.
Seagle and his writing partners had another chance to work with Marvel characters, scripting several episodes for the animated series "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" (2010-2012). Man of Action served as supervising producers and frequent writers for "Ultimate Spider-Man" (2012-2017), a show which featured adolescent Spider-Man/Peter Parker as an operative of SHIELD instead of a solo hero.
Seagle and Man of Action were credited for the development of the animated series "Avengers Assemble" (2013-2019), which introduced a large cast of Marvel's classic heroes and villains. The series lasted for 5 seasons and 127 episodes. It introduced (among others) animated versions of HYDRA, AIM, the Black Order, the Squadron Supreme, the Inhumans, and the Thunderbolts.
In 2014, Man of Action were credited as creators for the team Big Hero 6 in the characters' eponymous animated film. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau had created the comic book version of this team in 1998, but Marvel Comics had only made sporadic use of this concept over the following years. Disney found that the concept had potential, and the team became the focus of a new animated franchise.
Man of Action co-produced the computer-animated series "Zak Storm" (2016-2018), which featured a misfit crew of adventurers sailing on a sentient ship. The series was syndicated for broadcast in multiple countries, and its first season was well-received. Plans for a second season ended in development hell. Man of Action next developed the video game adaptation "Mega Man: Fully Charged" (2018-2019), based on a Japanese franchise by Capcom. The series lasted a single season and 52 episodes, with its finale concluding the stories of several characters.
Seagle has been less active as a writer in the 2020s, but has never fully retired. By 2022, he was 57-years-old. He has entertained audiences across several mediums for 35 years, and created several characters with enduring popularity. And he has introduced modern audiences to fresh takes on the superhero genre.- Additional Crew
