- Before getting involved with 3D and VFX, Italian born Alberto Trevisan started his artistic journey at the age of thirteen as a drummer.
His craft evolved into sound engineering, sound design and soundtrack production over the following two decades. Backed by three degrees in music (Diploma from CIM-Paris, Accademia Musicale di Firenze and Modern Academy-Firenze), he had the pleasure to work with companies and artists such as MTV, The Black Eyed Peas, Universal Music Publishing, Allianz AG, Metadesign AG, ARRI.
"Drums on Soundtracks" is his current main studio and live project. It features live drums performing on acclaimed soundtracks for motion pictures (re-recorded and re- arranged)
following an online competition in 2013, he was offered a partial scholarship for the one-year program "3D Animation & Visual Effects" at Vancouver Film School. He graduated (diploma) in 2015 with the demo reel "A Drummer's Vision", which features some stunning Motion Capture (MoCap), thanks to a sponsorship by animatrik in Vancouver.
In early 2016 he was employed at Digic Pictures (Budapest), where he worked as a Mid Previs/3D Artist for a 3D feature film (Final Fantasy XV-Kingsglaive by Square Enix ) and a few video game cinematic such as Omen and Call of Duty-Infinity Warfare.
In early 2017 he worked as a 3D Generalist Artist on Blade Runner 2049 (visual effects department at UPP in Prague).
For the remainder of 2017 he worked at arx anima as Senior Lead Layout Artist in Vienna, Austria, for the TV show Talking Tom and Friends (Season 2 and 3).
