Lark Lee is a Korean-Australian writer, director and producer passionate about creating captivating stories and visually appealing films that connect with audiences. Starting in the industry as an actress, she worked on the ABC TV show 'Harrow'. Her first feature film project' Street No. 4' was awarded a development fund by Queensland Government and Logan City Council and Australia Korea Foundation in 2021. The funding allowed her to complete a high-quality proof-of-concept short film and write its feature film script. The short film has been selected at multiple Academy Award-qualifying festivals, such as LA Shorts, Holly Shorts and it screened at the opening night of St. Kilda Film Festival 2023. It won various awards from other international festivals. Lark also wrote and directed two seasons of a heart-warming short documentary web series, 'Mother's Table'(2022~2023), covering inter-generational Asian family stories behind their restaurants for BrisAsia Festival hosted by the Brisbane City Council. Season 1 streamed on SBS on Demand.
