Growing up in the Bay Area, Jarmin Runes trained martial arts under Master Ernie Reyes Sr. since the age of 4. Joining the Ernie Reyes World Action Demo Team at the age of 8, he performed around the United States from the MAIA SuperShow, to NFL 49er halftime shows.
Jarmin Runes competed locally, winning multiple grand championships individually and later moved on to competing nationally in the NASKA circuits. After receiving his 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do under Master Ernie Reyes Sr., he eventually moved on to instructing martial arts and gymnastics professionally.
At the age of 19, Jarmin began to train fight choreography and stunts with stunt coordinator, Arnold Chon. Fortunately, Jarmin had the opportunity to stunt double for Ernie Reyes Jr. in "The Librarians (2017)" a year later. More recently, he has completed many other hit TV shows such as "Mixed-ish (2020)," "All That (2020)", and "S.W.A.T. (2022)."
Jarmin is a multi-faceted content creator passionate about expressing himself through the art of movement. Although creating content started off as a creative outlet for Jarmin, it quickly turned into a passion when he found that he can organically inspire millions of people through social media.
