Lynne Lee is a Hong Kong-born, Chinese Canadian Producer dedicated to promoting underrepresented voices and authentic representation in the film industry in Vancouver, B.C. Known for Skyscraper (2018), Wu Assassins (2019), Kung Fu (2021), Wings Over Everest (2019), Much Ado About Nothing: The Legend of Spectral Theatre (2023), My Name Is Arnold (2022) and Different Than Before (2023).
Having had a career in advertising and marketing in Asia, Lynne returned to Vancouver and embarked on a new career in producing films and film festivals. She specializes in productions with an Asian interest; from producing, performing, dialogue coaching Cantonese and Mandarin, translating between English and Chinese, to Chinese cultural consulting. She also does extensive work for her passion in growing the indie film community by helping showcase and foster Pan-Asian diaspora talent through her former directorship at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival and now directing/ producing the Mighty Asian Moviemaking Marathon for the festival.
