"Hustle harder." 20th Century Studios has revealed the full-length official trailer for their upcoming remake of White Men Can't Jump, this one directed by Calmatic (following up his remake of House Party that opened earlier this year). The original White Men Can't Jump movie, co-starring Wesley Snipes & Woody Harrelson, opened in 1992 and was a huge hit at the time. I remember everyone talking about it then. This remake reuses the exact some concept with a few modern tweaks - moving it to the West Coast this time. It's about a pair of basketball hustlers who team up to earn some extra cash - starring Sinqua Walls and Jack Harlow in this update. The cast also includes Lance Reddick (Rip), Teyana Taylor, Laura Harrier, Tamera Kissen, Myles Bullock, Vince Staples, and Zak Steiner. This looks damn good! Better than expected, staying true to what made the original great. One of the...

"...'Jessica' (Jessika Van) is a young, up-and-coming filmmaker in Hollywood who has made a name for herself directing Christmas movies. But when network executive 'Christopher' (Josh Swickard) shows up threatening to halt production on her latest movie, Jessica’s assistant, 'Reena' (Anissa Borrego), points out the irony: Jessica isn’t just trying to save her Christmas movie, she’s actually living in one!
"Jessica must now juggle all the classic tropes—actors falling in and out of love, a wayward elf dog and her own stirring romantic feelings for her perceived nemesis—in order to get her movie and her life to their happy endings. Is there enough Christmas magic to pull it off? In...

The untitled sports marketing pic has Damon playing maverick sneaker salesman and former Nike executive Sonny Vaccaro, with Affleck as Nike co-founder Phil Knight, in a story about Nike’s long-shot effort to sign Michael Jordan to its shoe company in the mid-’80s. This season of Euphoria has had many a plot twist, to say the least. So, it makes sense that viewers have come up with a myriad of theories, including whether Cal (Eric Dane) and Marsha (Paula Marshall) are actually parents to Nate (Jacob Elordi) and Aaron (Zak Steiner). And, that there may be a third child out there. (You saw that family picture in episode four with five people...) And yes Dominic Fike—who plays Elliot on the HBO drama—has seen the speculation about an estranged sibling. "I'm not going to lie, I saw this online," he said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. "And I looked at it for a while, and there were so many things connecting,...

Warning: This story contains spoilers about episode four of season two of Euphoria. When viewers sat down to watch Euphoria on Sunday, Jan. 30, they probably didn't expect the episode to conclude with Cal Jacobs coming clean to his family about his double life. Fans more likely guessed that he would crash his white Jeep while driving home from the gay bar. But Eric Dane knew his character would make it out of episode four unscathed, telling E! News, "I knew I was there for the rest of the season." And with six episodes left of season two, that means a lot could happen for Cal. Yes, he may have bid farewell to Nate (Jacob Elordi) and Aaron (Zak Steiner), ordering them to clean...

Lori throwing up at his feet wasn’t quite the answer Doug expected when he popped the question at the start of “We Broke Up.” Then again, Doug calling it quits on the heels of that reaction wasn’t exactly what Lori imagined either. After all, the pair have been together for 10 good years. Luckily, audiences are in for more pleasant surprises.
In this charming outing — starring Aya Cash as Lori and William Jackson Harper as Doug — each is legitimately aggrieved by the swift turn of events in their relationship. They went from a cruise-controlled 60 to zero so quickly that the film will later revisit (in a cleverly edited montage) what precisely happened.
They are also utterly flummoxed about the rules of disengagement. Although one might hazard that atop that list would be the dictum, “Do not go with your freshly minted ex to a wedding.” But go they do...

"I actually like our life!" Vertical Entertainment has released the official trailer for We Broke Up, a cute new romantic comedy from filmmaker Jeff Rosenberg. The film also co-stars Sarah Bolger, Tony Cavalero, Peri Gilpin, Kobi Libii, Azita Ghanizada, Zak Steiner, Larisa Oleynik, and Eduardo Franco. This looks cute, but it's not surprising they're going to have feelings for each other again by the end. Maybe not? Who knows. Check it out below.
