Anandhi is an Indian actress working predominantly in Tamil and Telugu movies and television shows. She made an impressive entrance into the film industry when she starred in the coming-of-age movie Bus Stop (2012).
In 2013, she played minor roles in the romantic drama Priyathama Neevachata Kusalama and the action comedy Naayak (2013). The following year, she acted in Green Signal (2014), directed by Vijay Maddhala, and played lead roles in the movies Poriyaalan (2014) and Kayal (2014).
Anandhi had to audition twice for Kayal (2014), directed by Prabu Solomon, but her performance earned her remarkable recognition and appreciation. She played the titular role in Kayal (2014), which earned her the Special Jury Award for Best Actress at the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards.
In 2015, Anandhi starred alongside Atharvaa Murali in A. Sarkunam's Chandi Veeran (2015), and played the lead role of Ramya alongside G.V. Prakash Kumar in the adult comedy flick Trisha Illana Nayanthara (2015). Anandhi also briefly appeared in the movie Visaaranai (2015). The same year, she again worked with G.V.
