A couple of years ago, Edward Burns appeared in a TNT limited series called Mob City. It didn't perform very well in the ratings. Now, he's back on the network in a much bigger role -- as an actor, director, and writer. Will Public Morals be a success for Burns and the cable channel? Cancelled or renewed for a second season?
