Jeff Bradford Zach
Jeff Bradford Zach began his studies at the American Academy of
Dramatic Arts in New York City. Immediately thereafter, he lived in
Paris, Munich, Milan, Barcelona, and Madrid. Nine months and 6
International Commercials later he returned to New York and Riverside
Shakespeare Academy to study speech. Shortly thereafter, he received
his Equity card on Cape Cod playing "Nick" in "Who's Afraid of Virginia
Woolf?" He has performed in over 35 Off-Off Broadway Plays, and
numerous Regional Productions. He's played a Hit Man, Pimp, Detective,
Millionaire, and Yuppy in some 10 Independent and Student Films he's
been in. Credits also include a "Saturday Night Live" Sketch with Maya
Rudolph. He began working in 1994 on "One Life to Live" as "Fletcher",
a recurring, sometimes competent, but comedic, cop. Seeking more
challenging roles, he went to great lengths to work against type, from
a Platinum crew cut as a Nazi Officer in "Bent", to an unshaven, dark
haired, Hit Man in the film "Painkiller". Meeting and studying with
Marsha Haufrecht of the Actors Studio has revitalized his insight to
the limitless possibilities of acting in the contemporary venues of
today, from stage to film.
