- Daniel Delano, a born and bred Jersey boy, is an actor in New York City. He was born Daniel Robert Sauls but changed his stage name to his mother's maiden name "Delano" in honor of his beloved maternal Grandfather.
He is the nephew of the famous "Lee Meredith" who appeared in the 1968 Mel Brook's The Producers as the original Ulla.
Danny was obsessed with filmmaking and acting from an early age. He made small films in High School and entered film festivals. He thought directing and making movies would be his passion until he was cast in his Junior year High School production of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" as R.P. McMurphy. This newfound passion guided him to the Stella Adler Conservatory where he received a full scholarship and performed in their year round plays. He has found a strong teacher and mentor in Austin Pendleton from HB Studio and is closely associated with Sandra Nordgren of the 13th Street Repertory Company.
His work extends from off-off Broadway to several Television appearances in I.D. Discovery's Redrum, I'd Kill For You, and Deadly Sins.
