Olga Holtz was educated as a writer/director/producer at the Berkeley Digital Film Institute, and at numerous further programs and masterclasses on screenwriting, directing, producing, financing, and story-boarding.
Her award-winning short film "The Zahir" has screened at festivals around the U.S. and internationally. Her scripts have placed on the Coverfly's Red List as well as in over 120 competitions, including Austin Film Festival, PAGE Awards, HollyShorts, WeScreenplay and ScreenCraft contests.
She is an alumna of the Stowe Story Labs.
Holtz is also an internationally recognized professor of mathematics. She is a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society, a European Mathematical Society Prize winner, and a two-time John von Neumann Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study.
