She associate produced and co-wrote 6 episodes of History Channel's Hunting Hitler (2015), and development produced 17 unscripted shows including Contact (2019) and Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch (2021) for Discovery Channel, Rise of Empires: Ottoman (2020) for Netflix, and Mission Declassified (2019) for Travel Channel. After getting into the Paramount Writers Mentoring Program, Minoti made the jump to scripted television as a writer. She has worked on The Equalizer (2021) and True Lies (2023). She lives in Los Angeles.
