Ronda Rousey has been one of the most prominent faces in UFC and WWE, winning many accolades to her name. Her stint with the UFC made her one of the highest paid athletes on the roster, and was the first woman to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2018.
She started her mixed martial arts journey back in 2011, and held the record for most UFC title defenses by a female (6), until Valentina Shevchenko broke it in 2022. Rousey finally bid adieu to her Mma career in 2016 to join the WWE.

Match #1: Gunther def. Matt Riddle The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
With the rest of his Imperium teammates barred from ringside, Intercontinental Champion Gunther took on Matt Riddle in a non-title match. Gunther and Riddle traded submission attempts to start the match, with Gunther applying a sleeper hold followed by a triangle hold attempt by Riddle. Riddle’s early momentum was derailed by a huge chop from The Ring General, followed by a body slam onto the mat outside of the ring. As Gunther beat down Riddle, The Original Bro withstood the punishment, attempting to get the victory after a ripcord knee. Gunther did not need Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci with him, defeating The Original Bro a huge Powerbomb.

It was almost 10 years ago when Darren Young (Fred Rosser) came out publicly as the first openly gay pro wrestler signed to WWE. In 2015, Sonya Deville (Daria Berenato) followed suit while on WWE’s reality competition series Tough Enough. There has been a trickledown effect since then with more performers across the industry feeling comfortable publicly living their truths. Among them in today’s era are All Elite Wrestling’s Anthony Bowens, Impact Wrestling’s Gisele Shaw (Gisele Mayordo), and the National Wrestling Alliance’s Pollo Del Mar (Paul E. Pratt). These three have blazed a trail all their own and are proud representations of how far the business has gone. While each admits there is still much work to be done, they believe we are most definitely headed in the right direction. Here these Pride ring warriors open up about their respective journeys. As Finn Bálor tried to get involved, he was swiftly ejected by the WWE Official. This allowed Jimmy to hit a huge splash, but he could only garner a two-count. Match #1: Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship – The Usos def. The New Day The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
With history on the line, The New Day were hoping to keep hold of their record run as tag team champions, and they brought everything they had to the titleholders. The Usos isolated Kofi Kingston from Xavier Woods, not allowing Kingston to tag him in. When Kingston eventually tagged in Woods, the former King of the Ring was a house on fire, almost capturing the titles after a flurry of offense. A huge top-rope leg drop from Woods nearly sealed the deal, but Jimmy kicked out at 2.9 repeating. The Usos had a heart-pounding moment of their own, as Woods kicked out of a massive Double Uso Splash.

Deville claimed the upper hand by using the weapon to put Morgan into a crossface. Morgan fought out of the submission attempt, destroying the Kendo stick with her repeated shots on Deville. After Morgan set up a table, Deville stopped her and pushed the table back under the ring, drawing the ire of the St. Louis crowd. One week after mixing it up in a high-stakes Fatal 4-Way Match, Sheamus took on Solo Sikoa one-on-one for the first-time-ever. Throughout the extremely hard-hitting affair, Solo targeted the injured left shoulder of The Celtic Warrior. Nevertheless, the former WWE Champion battled back. Match #1: Finn Bálor def. Matt Riddle The following is courtesy of wwe.com:

Damian Priest attempted to tip the scales in the match, but some ingenious offense and an assist from Rey Mysterio evened the odds. A final intervention from The Visionary allowed Bálor to line up a Coup de Grace and take home the statement victory for The Judgment Day.
