Annie is a working actress, aspiring to create more films as a writer, director, producer.
Annie was born in Chinatown, Los Angeles--a block away from the Avenue 43 gang. A Chinese-Vietnamese American, Annie has studied at multiple studios in Los Angeles--Margie Haber, Upright Citizens' Brigade, Studio 24/Seven, Stan Kirsch, Tess Kirsch, About the Work, and frequently with Robin Dale Meyers.
Her films that she's co-produced and acted in "Only in LA," "American Asian," and "Lost Innocence" have screened at many international film festivals. During the pandemic she shot "Red Bird Lane" opposite Crispin Glover, directed by David Slade and produced by John Wells.
An avid swimmer, dodgeball fiend, and camper, Annie also rock climbs at local gyms. She runs a virtual book club and an actors' accountability group.
Annie graduated with a degree in Media Studies from Penn State University and taught English as a foreign language in South Korea and Spain for a couple years. She also worked at a nursing facility during the pandemic. She speaks Cantonese, Spanish, and French.
