A Brazilian judge ordered Ryan Lochte to turn over his passport amid reports that he may have lied about being robbed at gunpoint while out in Rio. Brazilian police are looking to speak to Lochte about discrepancies in the statements he and fellow swimmer James Feign gave after reporting that they and three other American swimmers were held up at gunpoint after robbers posing as police officers pulled them over in a taxi. Chicago – Billing Andrew Rossi’s documentary “Page One” as a year in the life of The New York Times is a trifle misleading. Such a sprawling premise would demand a running time better suited to a miniseries than a 92-minute feature. Rossi limits his focus to the Media Desk and the reporters struggling to keep their paper relevant, but like all great documentaries, the film is about so much more than the figures inhabiting its foreground.
In fact, “Page One” may be the best film yet made about the current crises facing American journalists, whose authoritative voice is gradually being drowned out an endless stream of bloggers. Cutler’s “The September Issue”), the Times positions itself as the trend-setting news source that second-tier papers scramble to imitate. Though Rossi provides plenty...

The Bang Bang Club tells the true story of four photographers who risked their lives amid gunfire - hence their name - to take iconic and shocking pictures during the last, violent days of South Africa's apartheid.
Their harrowing stories are captured in this thought-provoking film, which is released on DVD this week by Entertainment One.
Set in 1994, The Bang Bang Club is made up of four young South African men: Greg Marinovich (Ryan Phillippe - Cruel Intentions, I Know What You Did Last Summer), Kevin Carter (Taylor Kitsch - X Men Origins: Wolverine), Ken Oosterbroek (Frank Rautenbach) and João Silva (Neels Van Jaarsveld), as they set out to document some of the best, yet most horrific images of their lives - in some of the most hostile and turbulent places in the world.
Greg is a freelance photographer who follows his instincts to capture the rebels' point of view...
